Erick Beeler was most helpful in showing me different vehicles I was interested in and letting me drive the vehicles. He explained the different featu...res and answered the questions I had. An excellent buying experience!

I'm. Very satisfied. With the service I. Received .will recommend bill Estes. If you are in the market for a. New car.
Excellent service! I was advised what to expect and the cost and that is exactly what was delivered. I was late to my appointment because of an inter...state accident. When I called, I was told that if I was there within 45 minutes of my appointment, I will still be seen. It was at the end of their work day. Then, they thanked me for calling!
I had a great experience with Bill Estes Chevrolet. I want to thank Warren and Ryan for taking the time and care to answer my questions and concerns a...bout my purchase. They truly get a car is a car and a customer is a customer no matter how big or small the purchase is.
I was very happy with the salesman during the test drive, he was attentive and answered my questions. If there was something he didn't know, he admitt...ed to it and we looked it up when we got back to the dealership so he could give me a good answer. But when we sat down to talk numbers, he suddenly had other people he had to help. There were probably a dozen salesmen just standing around, but we had the one guy that was shuffling between 3 different potential buyers. It made the whole process take way too long. Then when it came time to speaking with the financial guy, he couldn't explain a single thing. We tried to get a breakdown of the price, and either he couldn't give it to us or he just plain wouldn't. Payments were coming out of nowhere and I couldn't tell how they were being calculated and what options he had tacked on. It was ridiculous. We were so upset we ended up leaving.

Eric Henderson and Pascal Decaudin helped make the car buying experience a joy! Combined, the two worked with my wife and I to ensure that we not only... got the best deal, but also, ensure that we received everything we needed in an automobile. This was our first time working with Bill Estes, however. After working with these two, we will definitely be back!
Took my car in three time for its oil change. They didn't say the car have any problems. There multi point check inspection report was always marked i...n all green. After last week visit with in two week's break's were making some noise . It was a bad break pad. Also my engine oil and filter were very dirty too. I never got any recommendation from them to consider about changing any of them. Even my spare tires marked in green saying they have been checked. When I looked at them it didn't have air in it. Representative told that they don't check them manually it's all computerized.
My complaint is with the payment. I dropped my car off for repairs. The day that it was ready was a Saturday before the Labor Day Holiday. I had to... be out of town so I check to see if the work had been completed. Yes, Great so far. When I asked to pay over the phone with a credit card, I was told since the bill was over $500 I would have to come in. I needed my car for the weekend. They would be closed for the Holiday and I was out of town. I asked if someone could pay for me. They would have to have my credit card which was impossible. I am out of town. I arranged for my son to come and pay with his Credit Card. He told them to leave the key in the vehicle and leave it unlock so I could pick it up later that same day. Their concern is they thought I could be paying with a stolen credit card. I am sure they have had others do this or it wouldn't be company policy. Problem is my son could have picked up the car later or if he had my credit card he could had paid and they would have given him the car. I don't know why I would pay with a stolen credit card for my own vehicle or why anyone else would pay for my car. No one call me to make sure I was able to pick the car up ok I am glad though they did leave the key in the car unlocked or I would have had a bad weekend.
Yesterday was the second time we took the Malibu in for a Groupon oil change special. The first time took 2 hours and I had to reconnect a vacuum line... and buy a new gas cap because the check engine light came on immediately after we left. Yesterday took 2 1/2 hours and I had to reinstall the panel on the passenger side of the console. Question, why do you take the car apart for an oil change other than to try and run up the bill. Can't imagine what it's like to buy a car there. You have been warned. Watch them.
