    I would not consider buying a GM vehicle or having my car serviced by any other dealer. My salesman, Pascal Decaudin and Service Specialist Mark Phillips are the best in the business.

    Drove up to look at a truck and talked to salesman and asked about price he told me price was set so I left Was contacted by different sales person that said it was negotiatable and I made an offer She talked to manager and contacted me and said my offer was fair and I need to make an appointment to purchase the truck Was contacted several times , six times to be exact and was told the truck was ready for me to check out and purchase. I arrived early and the salesman who would not deal with me had another person test driving the truck I was standing in there showroom for 2 1/2 hours after they said they would except my offer Then they sold the truck to someone else and ruined my entire day along with three other adults that were with me I guess there business plan is to lead as many people along as you can to sell a car and the hell with the rest Very very very poor place to do business Freddie was a very nice salesman he deserves to work at a much better dealership

    Stop by the dealer ship and the salesman blowed me off . I had already talked to someone on the phone before I got to the dealership that evening and that salesman asked me to please come back so I told her which truck I was looking at and what my offer was and the saleswoman accepted my offer and made an appointment with me to come in the next day . The next morning the dealer ship called me 3 different times to make sure I was coming in and told me they would have the truck out front gases up and ready . When I got there they told me someone was out test driving it and I would half to wait 2 hours later they were checking on financing for the guy that test drive it and said I would half to wait because he first shot at buying the truck . I waisted a day and my gas and do not recommend taking there word on anything

    There are too many wonderful things to say about the team at Bill Estes Chevrolet. We drove up from Cincinnati to get a new Chevy Equinox. Eric Beeler & the finance team made sure everything was in place before we drove up. They gave us a couple different lease options on the car my wife wanted. We didn't have to wait that long once we got there, given that the dealership was extremely busy. Yessica Olguin went made sure we knew everything about the car before we drove off the lot. The General Manager, Chuck Jones, even came over to introduce himself and make sure everything was going smoothly. We can't thank Bill Estes Chevrolet enough about how smooth the transaction was. We will definitely make the drive to Indianapolis again when we need to purchase a new Chevrolet!

    Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Could not imagine a worse customer service experience than this place offered. Got the impression that strictly money, not customer service is #1 at this place. My wife was crying after getting off the phone with the service department here- they insisted on selling her a $600 oil pan to fix a problem a $5 oversize plug would (and did) fix.

    I waited three and a half hours with an appointment to have an oil change and alignment ridiculous! I will never go back!

    I can't give a review till I get a second opinion from another dealership about the work done ...I believe all the lifters should've been replaced as you had first recommended...NOT just the two the ticking is still there just not as loud but not sure if it's the fuel injectors making the noise ....I don't believe I should've been charged for a engine and coolant flush either ...being that the lifters were under warranty and have been told. By other dealerships that the flush wasn't necessary and mileage wise it wasn't time for that type of maintenance

    I recently purchased a used Corvette from Este's. During the negotiation one of my critea was full service records from Estes service department. The car I purchased appears to have had modifications and knowing what was done would be beneficial. Mr. Bo Chavis told me service was closed on Saturday but he would request service records on the following Monday. Due to the privacy laws this was a big job but Bo went the extra mile. Much appreciated. I also dealt with John Luck he has been wonderful to work with during the sale and has followed up after the sale. John is a true professional. Great experience.
