    Derek in the service department was very thorough. He answered any and all questions that I had. Very polite. He made my visit there a pleasurable experience. I usually dread going to the dealer for service, but not here. Very friendly staff. There were no hidden fees. I was told cost up front. They got my car in and out with zero problems. My car was even finished ahead of schedule. I will definitely return to this dealer location in the future. Thank you.

    I went in to buy my first brand new car and got a great deal on something I had been eyeing for a while. Mr Devonte Neil helped me get a great deal and I appreciated his patience with me. I had never had something brand new up to this point so I was being pretty picky and hard headed, but Mr Niels patience with me and willingness to help me work within me means helped me leave the lot very happy and with my first brand new car. Highly recommend this place.

    Facilities were beautiful but my dealer was rude, undeniably pushy, and selfish. As a first time buyer w little credit there were not a.lot of cars there in my price range. Dealer only showed me one vehicle and seemed upset that I did not want it. And said that that ONE vehicle was the only vehicle that would work for me. I was not happy w my experience.

    an appointment was made for something loose at the rear of my car that makes a noise when accelerating. after a test drive the problem could not be duplicated (the same words i hear every time i visit this dealership when i have a problem.after leaving the dealership the problem was still there. time and money not well spent.

    I have had my car for a little over a year and it only has 51,000 miles on it. I paid $500 less than 2 months ago for 2 transmission lines, then just last week I paid $200 for a fuel pump in which GM paid the rest. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a new issue that wasn't present prior to my vehicle being taken to Blossom. I asked if it could be looked at and the manager refused without an additional diagnostic fee. The service was absolutely horrible and the prices are outrageous!
