Buying Customer

Although the buying process was quite lengthy, the people we dealt with got the job done in a cogent and professional manner. Nevertheless, I should be happy that we were not rushed into making a quick decision. Both sides in the negotiations had to give a little ground, but we arrived at an acceptable lease/trade agreement in the end. The obvious reason I checked "N0" below is because we leased the car, not "purchased".

Nice salesman and willing to work with me

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from them and I am typically a very skeptical person. They made the entire process very easy. They were never pushy or tried to force me into purchasing. I did go to all of the central Indiana Honda dealers and ended up purchasing with Ed Martin because the were very friendly and also willing to work with me. My wife was unable to be present when I purchased the car. Ed Martin sent someone up to her work the following morning to pick up the paperwork so her name could be on the loan/car as well. I would recommend Ed Martin to friends and family.

Warranty repair issues

Service writer Steve Pedigo listened to all my issues, explained the repairs needed, and insured I was updated until the process was completed.He was very professional during the entire experience.

Always get excellent service at Honda. Very impressed that they did a safety check and car wash and did not charge. It's not very often that you receive extra service and are not charged. Thank you very much!
