Amazing customer service
Outstanding customer service. Spoke with Redd (hope I got his name right), who was excellent, very polite and patient. He explained in details what needed to be done on my car, went through prices/fees, without being pushy. I would highly recommend Ed Martin and will come back, for sure.

I have taken my car to Honda West for over 20 years. Because of their move to nowhere Indiana, I have started using Ed Martin Honda for all my service needs. They have a wonderful courteous staff, and the work is top notch. I even get a car wash. Something I never got at Honda West.

Excellent Service!
My first visit to this dealership was a good experience. I had a timing belt replaced. There was no additional charges for replacing other belts. Like another Honda dealership was gonna charge. They also replaced an oil seal while the engine was torn down. I was really happy because it took care of a major problem before it started.

Everything went as expected
Went in for a 21K service. Was told it would take 1.5 hours and that is exactly how long it took, including a free car wash. And I brought it in 1 hour early, but it didn't throw them off. Facilities are average for a car dealership, but getting a little dated. I hung out in the little business room with another person. The main room had a big screen TV and there is a kids area which I hang out in sometimes too when there are no kids. If you go into the showroom, you can get some freshly popped popcorn.

Took my 2014 Honda Accord in for the first service. Everyone was so friendly and all my questions was answered by Steve in the service dept. Since the day I walked in their front doors to look at cars and then purchasing I've been pleased. I could've bought from the big Honda dealership in Avon but they weren't willing to work with me so I came to the east side and I'm so glad I did. I highly recomment Ed Martin Honda you won't be sorry. Thanks

Didn't mean to buy a car
I was not ready to buy a car when I met Sam. I was simply doing research, trying to decide what car to eventually buy. When I visited the website and left some info, Sam called within minutes to offer his help. He answered all the questions I had, and some I had not yet thought of. I wound up buying a new CR-V, getting more than I thought I wanted, but have enjoyed every minute of driving it. I never felt pushed into buying a new car, but Sam and the team at Ed Martin Honda bent over backwards to find just what I wanted with alarming speed. They even brought back my trade from Bloomington so I didn't need to make the drive. When my wife gets jealous and steals my new CR-V, Sam will be my first call.
