Doug did a great job being up front with me on pricing...

Doug did a great job being up front with me on pricing and financing and stuck to his word on the price I would pay. He was friendly and understanding and helped me to stay within my budget. The entire staff from sales, front desk, to financing were all friendly and professional. Definitely a great dealership to buy from and Doug Edmundson is a great sales person to work with.

Reneau Simpson was a great salesman. Very Friendly and ...

Reneau Simpson was a great salesman. Very Friendly and dedicated. Vince Gainy had the numbers wrong on the finance paperwork and he had to re-do the sheets. I had to tell him the numbers were wrong. He tried to blame Reneau for bad communication to him. That left me feeling very uneasy. Up until that point our experience was great. We had been researching our purchase for over a month and wanted to get it right. My rating above for this dealership in no way reflects the service we had received from Reneau Simpson. He was very nice and very helpful. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have purchased there. Ryan Barrientos

Hello, my name is Kristie Grant. This past weekend on Saturday my husband Kris Grant and I came in to trade in his Dodge Ram Truck. We were looking for somthing that was a little bit more famiy friendly. When we got out of our truck we were greeted by Ahmed. He ushered us in with a warm welcome and a smile. He was able to help us look for something that would fit our family a little better than our truck. We found a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan we test drove it and it reminded us of the van that we took on vacation and how much we loved it. We werent able to get an answer on Saturday because it was after 6pm when we found the van. So, we were allowed to take it home. We returned on Monday and Ahmed came to us with an offer that was just a little too much for us. To make a long story short Ahmed went to battle for us. He made us feel like people and not just another SALE! We appreciate everything that you have done for us Ahmed!!! When we are ready to get another car WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!!!!

Buying a car was always a very stressful time for me....

Buying a car was always a very stressful time for me. Going back and forth on price and dealing with sales people that are less than rebutable was never an enjoyable experiance. This time I thought was going to be no different . Well I am happy to say this time none of my well founded fears came true! Lucas and Hare made my vehicle purchase just fabulous! The knowledge and patience of Lucas is really an asset to Hare and me as a customer. Having that and a easy going style really made my stressful time fun and pleasurable! I highly recommend that you look up Hare and Lucas anytime you need transportation!

I'm the type of person who can't make up their mind...

I'm the type of person who can't make up their mind easily, so buying a new car is not something to look forward to. Luckily a friend who knows this about me, referred me to Jeff Alexander. Although the decision making was ultimately my choice, Jeff put no pressure on me and showed me many options. This man knows all the features and benefits to the cars and what is relevant for a woman my age. I loved working with Jeff and he has suppressed my anxiety about the car buying experience. Thanks for making it easy and I love my Suburban!

Everyone that I worked with was very friendly and helpful. John ugen got me into the car that I now love for the price that I wanted and didn't pressure me into anything. Hare was also helpful in the fact that they understood that I was an hour away from their dealership and brought everything to me!! Very convenient!! I will recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and will be back in the future!!

My husband and I are a young couple and had a limited...

My husband and I are a young couple and had a limited budget we had to stay within. We decided to lease because it made the most sense for us currently. We went to different car dealerships around town trying to find the best car for our money. After meeting with David Whittaker we felt most at ease that we were going to be well taken care of. His professionalism and honesty helped us to trust Hare Cheverolet especially when we had been offended and mistreated at another dealership. While I now know leasing may have been a newer experience for him, my husband and I never felt he did not have things under control. I never felt he pushed us into anything and even while he was busy on a Friday he made time to allow us to speak with the finance team. We appreciate greatly his kindness and his helpfulness as well as his timliness. We walked away with a wonderful car and cannot be more grateful for David's help at Hare Cheverolet.

When I walked in to the dealership I was immediately...

When I walked in to the dealership I was immediately greeted by smiling faces.. that's just the beginning of the smile staying on my face. Wayne had me laughing and feeling at ease the whole time. I was quite nervous with this being my very first car buying experience. Wayne and Kevin both made me feel comfortable and able to ask questions at any time. They explained every step of the way so I knew exactly what I was doing. Wayne was great and very patient with me while choosing the color of my Chevy Cruze. They got me a better deal than the other dealership and kept this smile on my face. There's no way I would ever go anywhere else in the future. Thanks guys for everything you did to make my life easier!

Hi my name is Alice and I just want to share my experience at Hare Chevrolet. I came in after visiting five other Chevrolet dealer ships and four other dealer ships that were not Chevrolet 9 in all. I was trying not only to fine the right car, but the right dealer ship that would treat me like I was important and not just a sale. When I pull into HARE Chevrolet I knew I was in the right place finally. I had warm welcomes from everyone I came in contact with. The best was when I started talking to the gentleman who approached me first. I thought I had seen him before but I could not put my finger on it until we sat down at his desk. He had such a big warm smile and that is when I remember he was the same guy that sold me my last car “Wayne Gainey”. Not at HARE Chevrolet but another dealer ship on the other side of town. The reason I did not go back to that dealer ship was because my brother who is a mechanic who I listen to because he knows cars told me to look for a Chevy and to stay away from that other dealer ship. It was that big smile and his sincere voice that sold me my car. I love the car he sold me five year ago and I love my new 2012 IMPALA. Wayne is such a good guy he is fair and he truly wants you to be happy with the car you choose for you and your family. I strongly suggest that you come and see Wayne Gainey if you want to get the car and the treatment you deserve. Kelly was very nice and informative showing me there (home) place of business, and Kevin was wonderful explaining how I was spending my money making use I know want I was signing. The store is very nice and the care for the guess is top notch. I am so blessed that I heard those two ladies on the radio that day that brought me to HARE Chevrolet. Chris Parker was very polite and personable. I did not feel that he was pushy or salesy at all which is important to me. I did a lot of research so I pretty much new what I wanted but he gave me all the extra information I needed to make a good decision. I did not feel taken advantage of and walked away very happy and satisfied. I plan on recommending Chris to aall my friends and family.
