#1 in terrible service

We bought my car from Hare Chevrolet and had a fantastic experience with Grant, but that's where it ended. Every time I have had my car serviced it has been terrible. When you pull into the service garage there are always people standing around talking but no one acknowledges you for at least 5 minutes. The last time I had an oil change they told me I needed new brakes, so this time I asked them if I could get a quote on how much they would be. They said my brakes were in good shape and I didn't need new one's. Also, this time I had some stuff taken from my vehicle during an oil change. If it wasn't for having a service package on my vehicle, I would never go here again.

Honesty & thoroughness

We took our 2014 Equinox in after experiencing a clicking sound coming from the air vent followed by a strong burning plastic/rubber smell. We suspected (based on what we read on-line) that it could be a problem with the blend door actuator. Technician inspected the blend door actuator and found no problems. He also took the time to sit in the vehicle with me to try to replicate the problem. Since no issue was located, we were not charged for this visit. We are thrilled that we were not charged for a diagnostic or other nebulous service. Many dealers and service centers would have billed us at least for their time or even more. If the problem does recur, we will take it back to Hare.

Hare Chevrolet is great!

As always, the service at Hare Chevrolet on my Cruze was great. I always buy my Chevys at Hare just so I can get the gold treatment for service.

My 2006 Silverado repair story

Jeremy, my service person who first spoke with me was very courteous and professional for sure. Felt very confident he knew what I was trying to say was wrong with my truck. When shown the estimate cost of the repairs I was sick at my stomach I have to admit. Just hope what was fixed I will no longer have any problems with. $2400.00 is a lot of money to my wife and myself. Have to get into our retirement a little to help pay for it. Received a loaner truck to drive while repairs were taking place also. Wish I could afford a new vehicle so I wouldn't have to put more money into my used truck. Not having a payment it always nice til that happens. Not sure what I will do in the future but I know I will purchase another Chevy Silverado.

The ONLY service shop I will bring my car into!

After buying a used 2014 Chevy Cruze from Honda of Fishers, I had problems with the car not even a month after purchasing. From the moment I stepped into Hare Chevrolet, I was treated so kindly and everyone made sure I had been helped before just walking past.My cars issues were resolved in a timely manner and correctly. I will not take my car to another service/repair shop. The positive attitudes and welcome feeling while being present as well as efficient work can’t be beat! Tyler also recognized me on my second visit!
