Great Sevice department

Great service. timely and efficient. came in at my appointment time and they were ready clean, reset the appropriate alerts. Wait was in a nice atmosphere.

Very professional and my salesman was BaileyStauch

I called Lockhart Cadillac to gather information and research about the new Escalade. I spoke with Bailey Stauch and he gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. I then ordered my new Escalade with Bailey and I couldn’t have been more happier with the entire process top to bottom. Bailey walked me through everything step by step, returned my calls and texts and always kept me in the loop on what was happening with my order. Keep in mind I am in NY and they’re in Indiana. They took many pictures and videos of my vehicle as it arrived to their dealer from the factory. I was totally connected even though I was so far away. They shipped my new vehicle to me very quickly. They have a life long customer. Best part is their prices are very fair and transparent and absolutely zero nonsense. Very happy client!

Great Service

Just got my car serviced at Lockhart Cadillac. Awesome experience. Took me at 7:30 am and I was done and gone by 8:30 am. These guys are good! Lots of confidence in my Service Advisor David!

Don't trust the service department, they will make up a...

Don't trust the service department, they will make up a problem when there is none. They told me on my first appointment after the warranty was up that all of a sudden I needed over $800 to replace a boot on the front end. Drove home and put the car up on ramps and checked them out and they were perfect!! 10 mo's later I bring in for oil change, but before I drove down I put on ramps and took video of the 4 still in perfect condition boots. When checking out, the service guy tells me I need to schedule service to get the boot replaced. I let him have it and asked him if he wanted to see the video, he called the SM. SM thanks me for bringing the issue to their attention and that he'll deal with it. I told him I should report them to the BBB and GM corporate. Don't go to Lockhart is my suggestion!!

absolutely the worst sales cadillac dealership EVER. sales management does not return phone calls at all. i am a customer of Lockhart. i do not know how this dealership can survive.

Great service department

Have taken my CT6 there several times for service and warranty work, always very professional and helpful. Will buy my next new Caddy there if possible.

Honest Dealership with Great Sales Staff

Our salesperson, Taylor, was exceptional. He was engaged, polite, professional, and helpful on each of our visits. He neither pressed for a purchase, nor ignored us. Taylor is one of the best sales people I ever worked with as part of the car buying process. Facilities are exceptional. Very comfortable lounge. Everyone in the dealership is very friendly. Pricing is fair, but the mandatory add-ons are frustrating. They charge $225 worth of misc fees and another mandatory $299 fee for theft insurance. So add $525 (plus tax) to any price you are quoted. This is pure profit for the dealership and frustrating as a buyer. Buying process was very slow due to understaffed business office, but since waiting room is extremely comfortable, this wasn't too bad. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives. The support and service from Taylor also make this a worthwhile dealership.
