Let me start by saying this was one of the most

Let me start by saying this was one of the most frustrating, maddening car-buying experiences I’ve ever had and it all came down to one person: salesman Wil Finlinson. His communication was absolutely horrible from start to finish. I was so pissed off and annoyed with how he handled things that I was literally seconds away from walking away from the entire deal. If it wasn’t for my wife calming me down and convincing me to push forward, this deal would have never gone through. The sad part is, I told multiple people I was unhappy with him, and yet they still kept pushing him on me as “my salesman.” That was beyond frustrating. When you’re making a major purchase like this, the last thing you need is a salesman who clearly lacks basic communication skills and customer care. He needs serious training, because what he has right now is NOT it. Now, credit where it’s due; the finance team was excellent. They explained everything clearly, laid out the deal in a way I could understand, and made me feel like they actually cared about earning my business. That’s the only reason this purchase didn’t completely fall apart. On top of that, since I purchased an EV (and really this should go for any first-time EV customer), GM needs to step up and offer some type of discount, promotion, or incentive on accessories. It would go a long way toward supporting new EV owners making this transition. Overall, I will buy from Ray Skillman GMC again; but never, ever with that salesman. I won’t put myself through that kind of headache again.

The service was very good and the staff was knowledgeable

The service was very good and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was notified when to come pick up my car. I was offered the opportunity to wait in their lounge where they provide a variety of food and drinks for their customers.

I had oil change and some filters replaced on June 20th.

I had oil change and some filters replaced on June 20th. On June 28th my engine light icon appeared on the dash. I'm concerned that something was not done correctly or was not installed properly. Nothing had been wrong with my vehicle before these services.
