    I felt like a valued customer from all the staff throughout the entire process starting on day one. Tim Branson especially worked hard to ensure my experience was a good one. He was very professional and helped get us into the vehicle we wanted. He ensured all the features, including the Volvo On Call, was linked properly even after the purchase.

    Went online and selected option to be contacted, and requesting more info on a specific vehicle. Got a standard "form" response the next day, with "how can I help?". I guess they don't believe in prompt response or reading the emails, since my questions were already listed! In meantime, bought a car online on the first day.
