Rigene Gomez was my client advisor . We spent almost three hours talking about the different vehicles options, prices, colors, accessories, etc, I drove three cars, Mr. Gomez answered all questions in a very professional way all of what made feel really comfortable and confident. At the end of the visit he gave three proposals to think about. Two days later I went back to close what I think a great deal, deciding for the option I considered the most convenient because I had the information and time to make the best decision thank to Mr. Gomez

These people are vultures who feed off international customers who might be willing to pay whatever Braman asks. They don't care about all their customers, nor loyal customers of 10+ years. They claim to be high end -- they nickel and dime like a cheap dealership. Salesman Mark Martinez was dishonest and Sales Manager Anthony Marte helped him cover it up. No more stupid car salesman tricks! My next car will surely be a Tesla.

Felipe was very professional and helpful. The only recommendation is to send a confirmation of scheduled appointments or a calendar invite. When I called the morning of the appointment before going to drop off the car for the 8am appointment, the receptionist told me he was not scheduled to arrive until 9:30 that morning. I asked her to confirm and then after placing me on hold she clarified that he was there already and ready for the appointment.

Excellent and very communicative, knowledge and well done job, no more problema and the car is in excellent condition. Very satisfied with the overall out coming.
