Dr. Robertson

Employees were professional, knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion, but prices are outrageously high. Facility is under remodeling, but signage facilitated detours.

Excelente servicio!

Excellent service! Super excellent costumer service! They picked up my car from my house and they parked the loaner vehicle at the front of my home. Thanks Marlon Vargas for being so professional and friendly!

great and dedicated service

Excellent, personalized, fast and dedicated service. Sergio is a great consultant and all of them work real fast and make thing easy. They take care of everything and are very supportive and always have a proper response to any question we made.

I have been a Braman BMW customer for the last 28 years consistently. My loyalty is obvious for your customer service and family oriented environment. However, hands down the BEST service advisor I have had the pleasure to work with is Maruf Muchallah!

Excellent Service - 1st visit to Braman

I visited Braman BMW for an oil service on my 2018 330I. This is a very nice dealership. I would highly recommend Braman and my service manager Peter. I have been a loyal BMW customer since 2003 in NJ with Circle BMW. I needed service while in Miami and Braman took fine care of all details. My car looked fantastic upon completion! My Fourth BMW

Excellent attention by Carlis Hernandez who picked me up at home and very courteously drove me to the dealership. Carlos took his time teaching me the various technologies in the new model before we went on a test drive. Very polite and patient young salesman who is an asset to your company. The finance director was an incredible young woman named Vicky who was sweet, polite, non-stop but was very attentive to my needs and would ask if I had any other questions concerning the transaction! Both of these people made my car buying experience a pleasure. I appreciate the fact that the Sales Manager, Jos Santiago sent these two exceptional people for my first time buying a car alone experience!

Friendly and Professional Service

I purchased a car yesterday (Sunday) from Braman BMW in Miami. I worked with George Grecu and am pleased to write this review. I was greeted within 5 minutes of arriving by George as he came out (mask and all) to greet me. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the available models. He explained the features of each vehicle and them offered to let me test drive whichever model I wanted. George did not pressure me at all and after the test drive explained that I was also going to the Audi dealership to look at those models. George asked me which models I was looking at and told me how late he was working that day. I called George back later in the evening and told him I would decide overnight. He was off on Sunday but offered to come into work on his day off if I wanted to make the purchase. I called George back on Sunday morning and we negotiated the terms over the phone. I drove back into the dealership and closed the deal. I appreciated George's style and am pleased with my purchase.

Excellent Service & Follow-Up

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing my extended warranty from Hayling Gonzalez and picking up my vehicle from service from Advisor/Concierge Kris Barres. Both are very nice and professional and followed-up with me after my inquiries and visit to check on things. Very happy with Braman for my BMW service needs.
