Please do yourself a favor and do not under any circumstances buy a vehicle at this dealership. We bought our vehicle and our sales rep was great. However,... after countless issues with the service manager and then recently with the finance manager, we will NEVER purchase a Nissan vehicle, ever again. One thing is perfectly clear, this dealership and their corporate office, do not value or respect their customers. We had to fight to have our transmission replaced and after it was, the service department continuously aggravated us with their negligence and incompetence. Furthermore, our vehicle continued to have problems after it was repaired. I notified Nissan Consumer Affairs and they could not care less. To add insult to injury, we had to escalate matters just to receive our refunds after our car was totaled. Absolutely atrocious all around. The main owner is only truly concerned with his company's reputation and therefore replies with the same generic reply to each negative review. If you actually do decide to contact him, you will be wasting your valuable time. No one cares however they do enjoy inconveniencing their loyal customers especially when they mess up.

It is difficult to find a place to have your vehicle serviced in Miami, FL without feeling like you are being robbed or lied to. From the moment that my... girlfriend and I walked through that door to the moment that we left, we felt like family. My 2 year old daughter is potty training and asked to use the bathroom...and they were SPOTLESS. The repairs made to the vehicle were of the greatest quality and we felt like we were in good hands, (which in Miami, is very difficult). Ariel Perera and his team are very knowledgeable and masters of their craft. I recommend Bill Seidle's Service center to anyone, no matter what they need.

Two years ago I leased a Sentra and everything went good. At the time I asked the Finance Manager if there are any special fees when buying out the car... and he said no. (First lie) Today I went to buy out the car, they tell me there's a $300 fee. The current Finance Manager Jose, told me to call Nissan Finance about the fee because he couldn't do anything about it. (Second lie) The $300 is their DEALER fee that they could have waived. Because of the lying Finance Managers, I will never buy a car from any Bill Seidle dealership ever AGAIN!
Stay away from Bill Seidle NISSAN. The customer service I have received today from a manager at that is atrocious and unprofessional. This person offered... not a single solution or consideration for my time and unconvince made on their part. Not only was there no solution, no apology.. nothing this man was patronizing and a jerk. Be aware that they’re all nice when you’re making a deal but once they hook you in payments the customer service goes out the window. The sales person who helped me Darion was great, effective and quick I hope he finds another dealership to provide services that are more fit than Nissans I will never return to this dealership and will be posting reviews on every site I can find to warn others who value customer service and appreciation. This was an issue that could have easily been resolved, or at the least handled differently. I’m hersooo was one gentleman I think his name was Jesus who was very kind and helpful but he didn’t have the authority to resolve my issue. Also be adviced this dealer offers no 30day money back guarantee so if you’re unsatisfed with your purchase you are stuck. Lucky for them because I would have turned this car in so quick It would make there head spin.
I have a problem with the leader drive sit of a new Rogue, it has been already one month in a have waiting for the approbal from Nissan to change the sit,... now they tell me to wait another couple of weeks. That is a terrible service for a new customer. I am starting to regret to have purchased a Nissan car. Fabian Aranda

Worst experience ever. Service department gave to me,if i know i going to waste my time there to have just oil change I spend 1hrs and 20mm then I left... the service dept.

I have been to a few other dealers to trade in my car, I had negative equity and they all made me feel like I was stuck and had limited options and was... going to have to buy a car I didn't want.
