    It is difficult to find a place to have your vehicle serviced in Miami, FL without feeling like you are being robbed or lied to. From the moment that my girlfriend and I walked through that door to the moment that we left, we felt like family. My 2 year old daughter is potty training and asked to use the bathroom...and they were SPOTLESS. The repairs made to the vehicle were of the greatest quality and we felt like we were in good hands, (which in Miami, is very difficult). Ariel Perera and his team are very knowledgeable and masters of their craft. I recommend Bill Seidle's Service center to anyone, no matter what they need.

    I have a problem with the leader drive sit of a new Rogue, it has been already one month in a have waiting for the approbal from Nissan to change the sit, now they tell me to wait another couple of weeks. That is a terrible service for a new customer. I am starting to regret to have purchased a Nissan car. Fabian Aranda

    I have been to a few other dealers to trade in my car, I had negative equity and they all made me feel like I was stuck and had limited options and was going to have to buy a car I didn't want. Until we came to BIll Seidle's! Edwin Caldera was so straightforward, he made sure we were comfortable and happy and really helped us get a fantastic deal on a used Acura RDX that I was in love with.     Mr. Christian Guevara was the professional who assisted my spouse and I in deciding upon and purchasing our second Nisson Pathfinder Christian listened to us, understood what we were looking for, and assisting us in the sales process with no pressure, just education about the vehicle, etc., and just such a great listener. I think Christian will be one of the best sellers simply because he is a natural, active listener! Christian was great and we are very pleased with our purchase!!

    Worst experience ever. Service department gave me lots of run a rounds, did not call me to inform me on cars progress, I had to be calling and them and still they gave me no straight answers. Just horrible dealing with their personnel ....do not recommend and I will stay away from this place ...,

    Carlos Gonzalez Oliva is an outstanding salesman and a great benefit to Bill Seidle Nissan. He was super nice, courteous, quick and to the point. Bottom line we know we got the best deal possible.....There was no long back and forth like I've been used to with other dealers and that is huge in my book. Our daughter daughter bought her car from him and we will absolutely buy our next car only from him.....He is the best!!!!
