I don’t know what to say About this dealership they are zero customer service I contact them And they called me a few times after I say I like to buy the jeep they say Will have the manager contact you about the information of the car and that’s stupid manager never called. I got called by like four different people. I called back at the lady that I was contact with. She did nothing she saying will let you know that I guess says customer service they have no experience at all. They don’t respect online buying nothing and thank you

Read your Sales paperwork! This dealership is tacking on over $10,000 worth of xx like a “Tropical Advantage Plan”, charging you for intake work on a used car, PLUS the reconditioning fee. May as well get the TruCoat while you’re there!

Scam alert. Dishonest and bait and switch. $2700 in taxes and fees. Twice what l wanted to pay in total.

I took my truck in for service and even though it was not a scheduled appointment and the service department was extremely busy, my service representative, Maria Reyes, took the time to listen to my concerns and with confidence assured me that the problem would be taken care of, and it was. Maria is very knowledgeable and conscientious. AVOID THESE SNAKES! Wanted to add bogus fees of over 5K onto the sale before the usual fees and taxes that you always pay. Pretty much a bait scam, where the internet price is not even CLOSE to what you'll pay. Awful.

Listen, Robenson Jeannot was/is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He took care of me, really good care of me! He was professional, charismatic, thorough. He made this experience a smooth one. Thank you for taking good care of me in my new purchase. 10 stars for you!

AVOID! Worst car shopping experience ever! Would rate ZERO Stars if the review system allowed but was forced to give 1 Star. I contacted the dealership online through website via link from Cars.com. Spoke to a representative to confirm the vehicle (Chevy Tahoe RST) of interest was still available and discounted price shown on their website and Cars.com was valid. I drove to the dealership the same day and was put with Humberto Ascencio. They said they were going to pull the car up to view it but instead he called me to the lot as his clicked the key to unlock it and pointed me to the car which was backed-in and blocked by multiple vehicles. He never came up to the actual car to discuss it, show many anything about and no offer to actually view the car thoroughly & test-drive it. I said fine let's discuss the numbers based on what is advertised. He proceeds to come back with a proposal with the advertised discount BUT with a "Tropical Chevy Package" added for $2,495 into the price and overall figures. I said I don't want that but he said it's on all of our cars and couldn't even explain what it was for other than saying "it's for wheel locks, some paint protectant, etc". Then he proceeds to say if I remove this ($2,495 Tropical Chevy Package), I have to remove your discount"...WOW. The arrogance of the sales guy and dealership overall is pretty pathetic. Horrible customer service, sales and Bait & Switch False Advertising! Avoid and save yourself the waste of time.

Chevy Ruben and Sofia are the best ever. I was well taken care of, my third vehicle with Tropical Chevrolet, I have worked with this company since 2020 and I have had no regrets.

10k mark up from the price. Don't waste your time. Typical wasting time with trying to get you in the door.
