AVOID this dealership at all costs. They are either utterly incompetent, or know exactly what they are doing and are crooks. I recently purchased an RDX... from Nissani Bros and it has been a nightmare. They refused to pay-off the trade-in they purchased and now possess. They promised they sent the check but couldn't verify it. It ended up costing me over $1,000. I had just had a baby, was recovering from a c-section and was dealing with the one of the most egregious lack of business ethics and professionalism I've ever seen. No one at Nissani would take responsibility for their failure to follow through on their end of the contract. I ended up paying for a car I no longer owned and spent hours trying to call people at Nissani to fix the situation while trying to care for a newborn and heal. Nissani employees avoided my calls or said they'd call back and never did. Save yourself the heartache. Drive the extra hour to another Acura dealership.

The service was fine and the service advisor was kind. I just wished that they had noticed that I would need an oil change soon. That overlook caused me... to come back about 3 weeks later for service again. Would have been nice to do it all at once.
Alan Jones was terrific. My issue is that you do not take the American Express card. This needs to change.
