    So glad to have Mike Cassidy to help me with my vehicle purchase. I had a stress-free purchasing experience and I???m in love with my new vehicle. Mike is very knowledgeable and I don???t hesitate to contact him with a question, if I can???t find the answer myself. Mike Cassidy is definitely an asset to Delaware Cadillac. It would be a disservice not to keep him on your team. I???m glad I went to this dealership to purchase my new vehicle. Thank you Delaware Cadillac and thank you Mike Cassidy and Tony Sessoms.

    The team at DE Subaru were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and helped me find peace of mind in knowing I've made a financially sound purchase and investment in my future. There were a few reasons I was particularly impressed and would rate my purchase experience at Delaware Subaru as exceptional. Most importantly, I felt my interactions with the sales and finance team were sincere. I left the dealership feeling as though I'd been given fair and true information to empower me to make the right choice. This is markedly different and much more positive than previous experiences I've had at other dealers in the past. My salesperson, Gary, made me aware of savings opportunities I hadn't known about, and helped me to price out different financing options that worked for me. The dealership from my previous lease also gave me a difficult time during the trade in process, yet my salesperson actually took charge of the situation to make the turn-in process as easy as the purchase process. I'm thankful for a great experience, excited about my beautiful new car, relieved to be a part of the Subaru family, and would recommend Delaware Subaru to anyone.

    We almost drove to Tunersville to buy a car, until Joe saved us the trip. While this is our 4th Cadillac, we usually buy elsewhere. However, the Service Department has always provided great customer service, so, we came back to try once more to purchase a new Cadillac at this dealership. Initially, we were again not happy with the Sales Department. We were not greeted as we walked in or even asked what brought us in that day. We came back for a test drive of the CT6 and that is when we met Joe. Immediately we were impressed with his product knowledge and his customer focus. Joe was extremely easy to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Cadillac. Joe took us on a great test drive which really showed off the car. We had an extensive list of "must haves" for our new car and Joe was able to find us the right car.

    The service was completed as promise. I paid $50,000 for this 2013 SRX and the CUE system lasts only four years. And I had to pay for it to be fix, three months after my warranty ran out. GM needs to look into this problem.
