We found Hartford Toyota very easy to deal with our salesperson Jennifer Glidewell was professional, helpful and a great listener. We explained the safety features and price range we were looking for in a car for our son and she found us the perfect match.(all within 24hrs time) Our experience with the finance manager Tony Mumtax was also professional, personable and helpful. I would recommend Hartford Toyota and Jennifer Glidewell to anyone looking for a Toyota.

Clean place, few salesman/saleswoman kind of standing around without masks. Was given a Spanish speaking saleswoman when I barely speak Spanish. She was very kind regardless. I suggest asking more questions than you think you need to because they didn’t go over my interest rate and a few other things with me during my time there. Sped through the process it seemed.

It was great service. She listened to all of our needs and gave us suggestions on what vehicle to get. She also made sure what fit us best a lease or to buy the vehicle. She was very helpful. She even explained all the features in the car. Thank you Sonia.

Sonia made the car buying process very smooth while social distancing during this Covid pandemic. I was 39 wk pregnant & I needed the car so we took the risk to go out to dealership. She made my husband & I confortable answering all our questions. She worked hard & got us a good deal. She is an exceptional, professional, courteous & pleasant sale person. She went above & beyond delivering our car to us at home in West Haven CT since we couldn’t take it due to DMV not operating at that moment for registration. Good dealership and friendly sales reps too. Buying a car during the coranvirus was surprisingly easygoing too. The whole buying experience was easy . Bank approval took time but that isnt in the dealership control. But overall i would buy a car from here again.

From the test drive to the "driving-away" in the new vehicle, it's car-buying as it was meant to be. Leslie Richam was great as were all the staff right up to Richard McAlister. As I approach 70, memory aint what it used to be. I worked with another gent and I apologize I cant recall his name - though excellent as well
