I bought a car from them and they claimed their own people looked over the car and fixed some things to make it pass inspection. It had bad motor mounts,... bad breaks, bad struts, a bad battery, bad tpms, bad coil packs and a bad transmission. Some of these things need to be fixed in order to pass inspection. The seller also told me that the car was in a small collision but that that did not affect the value of the car which is a total lie. The owner doesnt care about the cars as long as he gets his money out of you. Do not go here! Go buy a car from Priority Honda! Trust me they sell reliable cars there!

They suck, poor service, I dropped my truck off to see why check engine light on n it was idling funny in park, remind you I it was driving fine other... then that. Told me o2 sensors which I figured and I recommend me changing all 4 for $475. I'm mechanically incline so I go pick it up and it's running crazy, cutting off on the way home, just running really rough and it wasn't running like that before. So I call n they say bring it back in the morning well I look up under there which I did a few times before just to see where everything was and it was 2 lil needles wedged where the wires connected to the plug. I pulled them out and it ran fine like it was before

You know, I still wonder why I continue to take my vehicle here for service. BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST Service Providers in the business! Recently after... dropping my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, nitrogen in the tires and to check a tire; I received a call from the service provider of the status of my car. She advised the tire had a nail in the side and needed to be replaced. I asked the price for the tire and all other requested service so that I can be sure I had enough money to pay for service. She said it would be $252.00. I told her to go ahead and do the work which she did. Later in he day my wife calls and tells me she is there to pick up the care and the price was $330. I am told her to hold on, I'll be right there. I was angry, very upset, and tired of the ish that I have gotten from Pomoco. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 8 years and they continue to give me piss-poor-service! After all the complaints and reviews, they continue to have one of the worst service providers in the business. They always claim to do better and they never do. Most of the time I go there and they are very unprofessional., horse-playing, not keeping customers advised and miss-quoting service. I am so done with this place. As I pulled up to the shop, I already was trying to figure out how I would post bail after I was arrested for disturbing the peace, because I was about to give them a piece of my mind and I did not want to spend the long holiday weekend in jail. I was so angry I approached the service window and the provider was there. She got out a calculator and tried to explain the charges, adding them up and explaining them to me. My argument was she told me that the charges would be 252.50 and that is what I was expecting to pay. But she was trying to defend the final price and was doing a terrible job at it. I became very loud and irate. The store manager must have been expecting me because he was at the call counter talking with one of the agents. It bothered me that he didn't intervene in the situation, I'm sure he knew about it. But I was surprised he was there working on a Saturday - not often you see store managers doing that. After about 7 minutes of me going on a tirade, he finally intervened. I told him my displease in the service and how this repeatedly happens. I told him after many reviews and complaints that nothing never changes here. He told me that he is new, and was trying to change the image of the place. I think he was aware of service concerns. He went back and talked to the service provider and returned giving me the price I was told on the phone. He told me that it was basically her word against mins. He said in the future he would begin sending quoted in a text message so there will be no confusion. He gave me the price quoted and ask if I would give him a favorable review for what he had done. Kind of arrogant to me but it is what it is. I left that establishment trying to figure a better place to get my car serviced. I cant be treated like this any longer. I brought a car from them, I get my car serviced from them and I'm treated like a dirt. All the bells and whistles of commitment and great service went right down the drain after I brought a vehicle. I am done with this place
A simple Diagnostics took 3 days with a appointment . To our dissatisfaction 2 Unsightly dent were on the back of our car. They told us that it was our... fault and that it has always been there. In the same breath say that people have been claiming that their cars have been damaged while in their care. They didnt fix these 2 large and deep dents and we're beyond upset and feel totally wronged.

They will promise to fix everything before you buy it and once you do the paperwork they will do their best to not fix any of it stay away from this place... or you will get screwed. And the poor salesman mr. Hood got trapped in the middle they put a brand new inspection on my truck with a headlight with a reflector bouncing around inside of it my oil cap had a rag stuck in it I didn't have any emergency brakes come to find out this month when inspection was due they were rusted out gone and couldn't fix my trailer brake that took me all of 5 minutes to replace and plug in with a new one and the best part was I hadn't even received the vehicle yet and the used car manager wanted to use my warranty I purchased to fix the vehicle that I hadn't even taken ownership of.
