    If you ever feel the need to buy a car, I'd recommend Dan Azar at Metro Ford. I enjoyed his no pressure sales experience, felt like he was selling to my needs, and had a good time in the process. Much different than other car shopping experiences I've had.

    I was looking at a used car. The salesman by the used car lot didnt bother even greeting us even when we're 20 feet from him nor was he interested in helping us. He spoke a lot of sarcasm when I found out the horrible cosmetic look of the car and didn't even offer to negotiate a lower price. He still wanted the same price as advertised on their website.

    I came to Metro Ford looking for a new vehicle. I was met by Cathy who had a big smile and was very welcoming. She helped me pick out a new Fusion and I absolutely love it! She did not pressure me to buy and was very friendly, I will definitely be purchasing from her again in the future.

    Bought our new Escape there in 2012, Jerry Chapman was our sales person. He was great to work with. Will definitely look to him when we are next in the market for a new vehicle. I have been getting all of my service done for this vehicle at Metropolitan Ford. They are always very friendly and get the job done quickly and it's right the first time!

    Patrick O'Brian was and is the best!! I came in not sure what I wanted and he listened and found me the Perfect car to fit my needs. It has everything! Everytime I get in my Focus I know I bought the right car! I've been in the dealership a few times since buying my car and Patrick always takes care of whatever I've stopped in for. Metropolitan Ford is a fantastic place!

    Today, Sept. 25, Friday, I drove in for a quick oil change at Metropolitan Ford Eden Prairie. Besides a good oil change I was immediately greeted by Jeremy Trebus. They were very busy and what impressed me was that I didn't have to wait for someone to come over to my car and take the information of why I was there. He walked over right away and that is great customer service.

    After many years and countless cars purchased from other dealers, I must say Dan Beckman and Metropolitan Ford are at the top of my list for a great dealership. Dan had immediately followed up on my internet inquiry and set aside uninterrupted time to listen to my needs. We quickly narrowed down my search and the next day I was in our beautiful Expedition, with Dan even coming in for me on his day off. The process was faster than I've ever experienced and they provided me a full analysis of my trade in and great financing alternatives. No pressure, no haggling, no nonsense. Torrey in Finance was straight to the point and papers were signed in minutes. I look forward to having all our service done there. Dan even took the time to take me on a tour through the service areas. Impressive facility. Thanks for renewing my faith in dealership customer service.

    I bought my car from you in 2008 and have had all of the oil changes and repair work done on it by you. I have always been impressed by the friendly people there and the great service I have received. I do have one suggestion regarding my visit yesterday. I had called in about a week ahead to make an appointment to have new tires put on my car, as well as the oil change and check-up. I asked how long it would take and was told about 2 hours. I said I would wait for the car. When I got there, the young lady wrote up the order and said she would bring me the choice of tires. After I picked the ones I wanted, she said it would take 2 hours to get them there. She did offer me a ride home or a ride to lunch if I wanted it, but I didn't want to put anyone out and figured a little extra time there would be okay. 2 1/2 hours later the young man came out and told me that the tires were still not there. He again offered me a ride home, but I declined at that point, so it really is my fault that I ended up staying there so long. I finally was able to leave at about 3:00 (My appointment was at 10:00.) The young man was very apologetic and very accommodating. So, this is not a complaint. I just wanted to suggest that when somjeone calls in to get new tires, they be referred to someone who can handle the ordering of the tires, so they can be picked up ahead of time. Maybe this is your procedure, and someone just didn't follow through. We all make mistakes. I will be turning 86 in a couple of months, and at this age, every day is a special gift, so I am determined to never let anything take the joy out of the day for me. Please don't fault any of your people. They are all wonderful and have always been so nice to me. Oh, by the way, I had a candy bar out of the vending machine for my lunch. I have been trying to stay away from candy bars, but this was a good excuse to have one. There's always a bright spot in any situation. Thank you for the 7 years of excellent service. Renee Walstrom
