This was the worst buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We arrived on a Saturday around 10 am and the used car manager held our keys to o
ur truck hostage for the next 3 hours. We kept tell the sales person and the manager what we could afford and the Manager then said to us "What your going to walk away for 30$ a Month that's nothing" Not to mention he said this in front of other people that were buying around us because everything is open and you can hear what everyone else is saying and deals they are making. We could not get our keys from them to leave the dealership. They really wanted our truck and actually sold our truck within a week. My husband ended up calling a few days later and buying the truck. Now we find out there are factory parts missing out of the truck and no one from the managers office will call him back about it. My husband finally got a response from someone online via email but i don't even think that person works in the dealership were we bought the truck. We do NOT recommend this place to buy a car

ing to give a fair price on the vehicle we were looking at, so we went to Sheridan. They were willing to make the deal we were looking for. Al was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. My husband and I have recommended Al and the dealership to everyone we talked to. We got a phone call from the previous dealership two weeks later now ready to make the deal we asked for earlier. I told them, "Sorry we are no longer interested. We bought our vehicle at Sheridan without the hassle.".
To say the car saleswoman (Carol) was unprofessional is an understatement. I called asking for a price on the 2016 F-150 that they advertised online.
After giving me a price, (which was 3k higher than the other offers I received from other dealers) I let the salesperson know that there was a price difference and if they could work on their number. The response was (with a nasty tone) "ours has more options. Happy holidays. Click". Hung up on me. This was a base model xl with no real options. The other price I received was for the exact same car. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this dealership, their high prices and awful service

ere leaking. I brought it back to Sheridan and asked them to give me more of a break on the price and they said no. They told me the engine was in good condition when I bought it. Now its in the shop with a blown head gasket and I am looking at $2,400 in repairs. Might actually be $3,300 if the catalytic converter is shot. Don't do business here. I guess I should have known when over one third of their reviews on FB are 1 out of 5 stars. Thanks for nothing Sheridan.
