AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We got a written quote on a Tahoe at the Truecar website from a dealership in Alabama. It was a great offer and I travel for business... there, so we were planning on taking the deal. Ben Mynatt Chevy called us because apparently they saw we were on Truecar. They told us that they would not only match the deal from Alabama, but would beat it by $500. We sent the written purchase agreement from the Alabama dealership to them to make sure and they wrote (wrote!) back and confirmed that they would beat the price. They would have the Tahoe parked up front when we arrived and we would make the deal. When we arrived, the Tahoe was not up front...ok. Then the shadiness began. They acted confused about the previous conversations we had had, made us wait for over twenty minutes as they "went to speak with the sales manager, and then finally returned to tell us that they could not make the deal they had promised to us in writing. A little ticked that I had driven 30 minutes to them on a Saturday, I said, "OK, we're leaving." The salesman tried to get us to stay with some typical car salesman double-talk and I said, "Nope, we're out of here." He then said, "Have fun driving to Alabama..." I told him he and his dealership were full of liars and he took exception to that and got in my face. I walked towards the exit and then a sales manager got in my face telling me to treat his sales people with respect! I asked him if was planning on taking a swing at me he was so close. Then the sales manager and presumably another sales manager followed us out into the parking lot and tried to sell us a more expensive car than we were there to make the deal for. Pathetic...

Ordered key and transmitter onsite on Thursday, told it was in stock and ready for pickup Friday at 8. No call from Parts, drove up to dealership and told... by parts it was not there, apologized for not calling. Saturday, no call from Parts (again), note on computer to call customer. I call dealership, no answer from Parts (7 times). Operator confirmed they were working and paged 3 times, still no answer. Drove up to dealer, part had arrived. 1.5 hours later, still waiting for key programming (computer down). Hopefully this nightmare ends soon............

Hard the rate, not sure how the rest of the place is, but when you go in with the internet and you are looking for the best deal, you find a good deal... and then they change the internet price with you sitting there in the salesman booth by 3000 dollars. I didn't think of it until I left, but that it fine they do not have my business.

The service was done sooner than estimated so fast and friendly service is the best .i was pleasantly greeted when I drove in and when I left a friendly... smile and the man that moves the car around said to have a safe trip home.

The people are always very nice and helpful, but you are not treated like a Cadillac customer should be. It feels like a used part of a Chevy dealer.
