I recently purchased a Chevrolet Silverado from City

I recently purchased a Chevrolet Silverado from City Chevrolet in Charlotte, N.C. We have several other dealers that are closer to us, but after visiting these dealerships, they do not compare to the staff at City. These people are fantastic and are wonderful to work with. They were able to find the vehicle we were looking for and give us a great deal. Thank You. We would definitely recommend Andy and Nick, they are awesome and really great to work with.

Woodrow really came through for me from start to finish.

Woodrow really came through for me from start to finish. I had a lot goin’ on with gettin’ all my paperwork together to trade my old car in — even had to wait on the guy who sold it to me before to finish the title stuff — and Woodrow stayed patient the whole time. He never rushed me, made sure I understood everything, and kept in touch until it was all ready to go. Once I got in the dealership, he made everything smooth and easy. Real professional, good energy, and just an overall stand-up dude. Great customer service.

Great customer service. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I was kept updated on my vehicles repairs daily. My vehicle was returned to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I would definitely use them again.

Andrea Arguello was our sales person. She started working with us prior to our arrival. She knew what cars we were interested in and she prepared when we arrived. She answered any questions we had and by the end of the day, we had a deal!
