2019 1500 Ram lease

Holly was very responsive in our communication and very competitive quote. I end up leasing the truck form her all the paperwork when smooth and everything was good. highly recommend her.

The WORST car buying experience ever

My husband and I had been working with a sales rep and manager. We agreed on a price and a pick up date. The sales rep sent us the purchase order and we had to have them make changes on it two times because of incomplete and inaccurate information. When we finally were able to sign it, (after 1 business day) they stated that they "accidentally" sold the vehicle and that it was no longer available.

We are sincerely sorry for this mistake and your inconvenience. This was our error and we did our best to try and find a vehicle to replace the one that was sold by mistake. We are sorry we were unable to successfully resolve this matter.

Ripped me off by $90 replacing one windshield Nozzle.

When i asked to replacement of two windshield, he Initially told $ 75 for both. After one replaced and handover me and said that one bad and other one is good but when checked second was also bad and technician not even check for test. After given jeep back to them to check again he came to me said said they had only one is stock which they already replaced. Told me to come back after part will arrive next week and going to charge me again. Thats means in they have only one part and lied to me.

We apologize for any miscommunication on our part. During your first visit we did quote a price of $75 for the replacement part, and performed the repair as requested. Later that same day you returned requesting that a second part be replaced. It was at that time we offered to waive any additional labor fee as a courtesy and replace the additional part at cost. You mark your lanes for quick lube and service. Why I only gave a four star is because I feel there is always room for improvment.

Tire service

Unfortunately, was quoted the wrong price for a new tire. When the error was discovered, it was not brought to my attention until the next day which resulted in the delay in ordering the correct tire. Service employees were courteous and the work was done timely once the error has been corrected.

Understanding Helpful

I went to look for a vehicle 2 months before my lease was up. I was told that my payment on the new vehicle was do-able. It was not. :-( I did walk away with a different vehicle from them but had my heart set on something else for a couple months. The salesperson was very quick at responding to emails. He had no issues answering my questions in my constant emails. He was always very nice, genuine, and professional. When I signed for my vehicle, I realized after that it all went very quickly. I wish we would have gone through the paperwork more thoroughly.

AWSOME , FRIENDLY

They were prompt , professional, friendly , delivered on every promise . I would highly recommend this dealership. They were able to find the exact car i was looking for and have it delivered to my house an hour away from the dealership.
