    Our experience of buying a car at Hendrick Toyota was a good one. Our Sales Consultant, Francis Oniyema was very focused that we have the information needed to make a selection. I went to the dealership wanting to test drive the SUV I thought I wanted, but Francis let me experience, the fact that the vehicle did not meet our specific needs. The process was relaxed and informative. Several managers popped in during the process to offer additional assistance. The only uncomfortable moment is upon entry into the dealership (This is true of ALL dealerships) you feel the "shark tank" effect. There must be a more comfortable approach.... hey, but the free popcorn is great! Thank you Francis for the enjoyable experience ...you were eager to provide good service. We are looking forward to driving our new SUV!

    Jayon Syzmaszek was very helpful when we were shopping for the perfect car to give our daughter as a surprise. He made helpful suggestions, answered all of our questions, and even offered to video our daughter when she saw her new car for the first time! Jazyson was outstanding!

    Everyone at Hendrick Toyota/Scion were absolutely outstanding. Their customer service was impeccable, and their ability to find me the EXACT car that I wanted, in my price range, was unreal. From the finance department to sales they are for sure the most friendly and customer service oriented dealer I have ever worked with. They didn't pressure me into something that I couldn't afford or wasn't ready for. Sue Wells worked with my until almost 11 o'clock at night, and gave me 100% of her time and effort until I was leaving with my new RAV4. From the second I walked in the door everyone from the girls at the front desk to the random employees that would make sure I was doing okay were extremely helpful.

    My salesperson Thao and finance manger Erik were very very very nice during the purchase of my vehicle. Sadly once the deal was done they didn't care at all to do anything to assist me despite questions and multiple calls that continue to go unanswered. Do not buy a car from here.

    I went to Hendricks Toyota and had Sue Wells help me get my car. This is my second car and the whole process can be overwhelming-worrying about if you are getting a car that's worth getting, financing, all the paper work. I could only wish I had bought my first car with Sue because I didn't go through all of those fears this time. She gave me her real opinion on the cars I was looking at and showed concern in that I got a safe car. She is great at explaining each step simply and precisely without skipping parts while also keeping it in relative terms. She even helped me talk to my insurance company-which has always been overwhelming to me for some reason. I felt good about my purchase that evening and even better the next day. When I went to financing, I also felt very relaxed and reassured during that process. Everything was explained well and felt very easy going. Thank you Sue!

    If you're looking for a new/used vehicle, I highly suggest Hendrick Toyota in Merriam. I suggest getting in contact with Sue Wells as your sales person. She was very friendly, hassle free, and straight to the point while explaining everything in detail to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They have a very friendly staff and will do their best to get you the best deal/rates. Thank you Sue and Hendrick Toyota!

And when you tell them you dont want extended warranty they still put it in your finance and tell you its required by the bank !! very bad experience had to wait all day just to find out if I got approved or not !! horrible !!

    My first experience at the dealership was with Jeremie in the service department. Because of his expertise, I was prevented from purchasing an extremely dangerous vehicle from a third party individual. Then, when I visited the sales floor, Sue, Jeff , Dave, Oscar, Mellissa and Cheeto helped me select the absolutely PERFECT car for me at just the price point where I needed to be. I was provided complete information about my selected vehicle and the sale was concluded efficiently, congenially and extremely professionally! Everyone really went the extra mile to help me and make me feel like a part of the Hendrick family and I would give them my highest recommendation.

    Once again I find myself writing a rave review on this dealership. They never cease to impress me with their commitment to their clientele. Two days ago was the FIRST disappointing experience I'd had in using this dealerships service department since the month they opened. After bringing our Sienna in for an oil change and tire rotation ( complimentary till 25,000 miles btw) it took longer than expected - partly because of a tornado warning situation--and as I was leaving the service person mentioned I had a nail in the tire. I asked why they hadn't told me earlier... And after driving off I noticed that the "Maintenance Required light was still on. The next day they called to ask how my service experience was, and I mentioned these things. Within an hour I got a call back from service manager Jeremy apologizing and offering to make it right at no charge to me. Awesome! Today they found not one but two nails, and replaced them both without charge. Great friendly helpfulness by Zack Littlefield, who handled the repair. Can't be happier recommending this service department!
