    I bought a brand new Xterra a few years ago, salesman was awesome and so was the sales manager (both no longer there). The service department and collision department never call when they say they will and I constantly would have to call to check on the status of my vehicle. The service manager I find to be rude and condescending. To get warranty work done is a joke, I had to go to another Nissan dealership to get it completed right. I am in the market for two new vehicles and will not be returning to McCarthy.

    I recently purchased a Nissan Juke, used, 2013 from McCarthy. When I came there, they scheduled us at 6:30. They were very rushed when we came in and put us with a newer employee who did not know whether or not the car was certified and the car did not come with a user manual. When I spoke with Jesse originally over the phone I indicated that the car had to be certified or I wouldn't even look at it. I get there, and they told me that I could pay to have it certified. Thankfully that was included with the cost of the car after negotiation (but this should have been an upfront part of the purchase). When we found out the car came without a user manual, we asked what happened to it and if we could get it he said, "Sure, no problem." Almost two months later the only thing we received was a 2011 version of the user manual. Later the sales manager told me they would have to wait until another 2013 Juke came in before they could get me an updated version. We were rushed through that night and I have never heard from the salesperson again since the purchase. I was pushed between three different people who worked there and it felt as though none of them talked to each other about our purchase or knew what the other had indicated they would do for us. I felt like they wanted us to get in and out of there. They told us we would be getting all kinds of documents, which we never received. Then when I called to get those documents they told me we had already received them. The financing deal was totally different than what was explained to us as well. We still haven't gotten anything except for a letter from the bank and a copy of the financial application. When I called the first time I spoke with a sales manager and he indicated to me that he had a lot of people on the floor so he would get back to me. Charles from Public Relations called me about my experience. I called him back and listed out some issues I was having. He apologized and told me he would get back to me and he also indicated that he would send me a gas card for my troubles. Later I talked with public relations about my experience and they told me they would be giving me a gas card for the experience I had, I never received it. I have tried to contact Charles a few times since, and I haven't heard from him. I was really frustrated and disappointed with this purchase which was a HUGE expense. I wish I would have never made the purchase at times because I felt like my experience was very negative. I had even recommended a friend to come here originally because I liked the car so much, but I just don't feel like I can do that after the experience I have had after the purchase. That all to say, I really hope others had a better experience and I would like to suggest that the sales person and sales manager and financial person all work together and tell the customer exactly what paperwork they will be receiving. Also, please please don't commit to giving us things we won't be receiving-that is so frustrating. I would love to be able to change my experience here somehow.

    We purchased a 2016 Murano from James Studna at McCarthy. It was the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had and I have purchased over 20 new cars and trucks in my life. James Studna's product knowledge and customer care are tremendous. James Studna and the entire team at McCarthy made the new car purchasing experience enjoyable and without stress. I felt they were sharing knowledge, experience and automotive advice rather than pushing for a sale. This is our 3rd purchase from the McCarthy group but our first Nissan The Murano is a great vehicle as well. We had driven a new Lincoln MKX right before the Murano. We felt the Murano rode better, was more solid and we liked the Murano's interior better all for about 15 grand less.

    We just purchased our new 2016 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL on Saturday. We absolutely love this car! We've bought/leased our last six cars here. This is a great dealership, and we always walk away feeling like we got a fair deal. This is the second time we have had Jesse Rangel as our salesman. I asked for him by name, since the last time was such a good experience. He is a good salesman, and a great guy. It was another painless purchase. No arm twisting or nickel and diming. When we left, we were very happy! If you are looking for a Nissan, go to McCarthy, and ask for Jesse. You won't regret it!

    We could not have had a better car buying experience, from the moment we walked in the door we felt at ease and were treated with great respect. Everyone was professional but very approachable as well which put us right at ease when you are nervous about buying a new car. Charles was wonderful and really helpful. James and Chad and the rest of the staff are just amazing. We can't say enough about them. I would recommend McCarthy to any of my family that are in the market for a vehicle.

    My husband and I have been discussing for some time now to take both our Altima's (which were purchased at McCarthy) and trade them in so he could get a new car since I know have a company car. With us both owning a Nissan we would always see James when we went to get our vehicles serviced, and my dad bought his Nissan from James. So we all know James and how wonderful not only his knowledge is but just his personality alone mixed with his overall service is reason enough to go to McCarthy. My husband started contacting James about the car of his dreams and what he was looking for. Right away James was finding cars that matched what he wanted and keeping him in the loop of what was out there. When we came in James had paperwork ready to go, options and more just in case what he found wasn't what my husband was really looking for. Needless to say, we left both of our Altima's there and ended the night leaving in the 2016 Maxima my husband wanted. James, you were patient when we asked a million questions, you were kind, funny, beyond knowledgeable about details of the car (and many other cars we asked about) you showed consideration for us and also for your boss who was helping us too. There is no reason AT ALL that anyone coming to buy from McCarthy Nissan would not come to talk specifically to you if they are wanting an outstanding experience. We appreciate all your hard work and time to get him leaving in the car he has always wanted. We know own our third car from McCarthy Nissan and again we will be back in the future and we can say with a smile and pure confidence it's because of James Studna that we will be back.

    We recently purchased a new Altima from McCarthy Nissan of Olathe. Our salesman James was incredible! He answered all our questions and provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision. We had never owned a nissan before......so this was a big step, we have always driven Fords! I can't say enough about his patience and attitude towards us, we will be referring him and nissan to or family and friends!

    We have always experienced exceptional service at McCarthy Hyundai. Yesterday we had several service items due so they allowed us a loaner so we could run some errands while they serviced our car. We live out of town, so our trips to Olathe and Overland Park are usually busy with taking care of things not available in our small town. Our car was done in the time that it was promised and we were very happy with everyone there. A great place to do business.
