I shopped around the area to get quotes on a 2019 Subaru Forester or 2019 RAV4 Adventure. After test driving both (among other vehicles), I decided on the RAV4 Adventure in the lunar rock/ice edge roof color. As this was a relatively low supply color and Adventure trims with the weather package were also in low supply, this was a hard car to find. After a few days of contacting dealers in the region, they were able to locate the trim/color I was looking for and was able to get get a somewhat fair price on it (even though they had to give up an even lower in supply Hybrid model that hadn’t been delivered yet). I may have overpaid a bit relative to other Toyota dealers (especially with the higher dealer fee), but this dealership was quick to offer help and answer all questions/concerns along the way, didn’t force the sale down my throat like the others had, and sincerely cared about locating the RAV4 was looking for.

I was in a tight spot with my old Kia engine blowing and I was not sure I would qualify for financing ... after working with carlos and his relaxed demeanor I was able to select and get financed for a beautiful new Corolla. Great warranty, great experience, great coffee, and a nice facility. Very friendly people who were concerned with meeting my needs versus selling me something.

This was the best truck buying experience in my life! Carlos was very helpful but had a respectful approach to not having that pushy sales pitch. He was honest and made the whole process easy. This dealership is awesome and if you do need to bring your vehicle in for anything the waiting room is like no other! Definitely recommend Olathe Toyota.

The car we looked at online was gone by the time we got there and Kendall who we worked with in the past and is now a sales manager got us with Carlos who had welcomed us at the door. He helped show us a car that would meet our needs and we could afford.

Carlos was great. Bought the truck for my son and he and Carlos test drove it. I enjoyed your TV area while they were gone. They are much closer in age than I am to them. Carlos was very attentive during our negotiates if want to call it that. We paid full price but we did not drive 40 miles unless we thought th truck was a pretty good deal. Online pricing is not too far off a fair. Carlos continued to walk thru the process until we drove the truck home. My son loves the truck. As younger people say Carlos rocks. Doug and Sam.

Dealer service department did not fix what they were supposed to fix and overcharged for parts! Walk away from this one! Would not recommend this dealer for parts, service or sales. They have plenty of time to respond and make right and they have ignored

I have never driven a Toyota before but I’ve always heard they were great vehicles. Visiting Olathe Toyota sparked my interest! Usually when you go to a dealership you have to buy the car to receive the special treatment they always promise. Not at Olathe Toyota! Robert Jackson rolled out the red carpet without being fake, without being pushy, extremely personable but most importantly he was concerned with what I the buyer wanted. I will forever remember this experience and highly recommend Mr. Robert Jackson!
