Carrie Renick did a great job greeting us, communicating with direct eye contact and helping us find a van we wanted to buy when we came to the dealership. She listened to our needs and offered straight forward suggestions. She is dedicated to making us feel at home at the dealership while the process moves forward. She directly answered our questions or told us she did not know the answer and found a dealership associate to answer our question. She escorted us to see various used and new Sienna vans until we focused on what we liked. She helped with the price negotiation. We feel that we negotiated a fair price for the new Sienna. Carrie introduced us to the delivery coordinator Booke Taylor and the closing coordinator Kelly Thomas. Mr. Thomas and Ms. Taylor both were very accommodating and willing to take the time necessary to complete the transaction in a timely manner. Olathe Toyota’s warrinty is a second part warrinty research it. Olathe Toyota will say it’s covered them they contact the warrinty company and it’s tumed down. O and they tell you the warrinty they did give you was at no cost to you ? TeLly nothing in this world is free. When tall the way up the chain to ownership and my Tacoma is dude not covered because it was broke according to W company but the service department thought it should be covered. Buy at your own risk.
