I went in to look at buying a previously owned vehicle. I had some models in mind but wanted to do my research. I started about a month before I bought. Carlos Solis approached me when I got there. He helped me to test drive a couple of models and I explained that it would be a short while before I was ready. He got my contact info and asked if he could call and I asked him not to but that I would be in contact when ready. He respected my wishes and when I was ready to purchase I came back to Carlos. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and made the process very painless and quick. I truly appreciate Carlos, Yo, and the entire team at Olathe Toyota!

Josh Olvera helped me trade my Sienna for a Prius 18 months ago. His knowledge, integrity and patience made the whole stressful situation very positive. Earlier this week, my VIP dealership appointment turned out to NOT be scheduled, do to a clerical error. Immediately upon the staff realizing this, Josh stepped in, apologized, listened and even brought over top management (Kenny Glasco) to hear my feedback. Daniel is awesome. He is very customer focused and has a friendly warm personality. No pressure ever from him and works with you to make it a reality. When we come buy a car at olathe toyota we only deal with him because he always goes that extra mile to make sure we get what we want. Just a good person in general. Hard to find in today's world..! We had 1 trade in and 2 new Rav4 leases. Carlos did an excellent job on giving kindly and patiently all info we needed including calculations. Yo made a very good work on negotiating price with fully understanding our needs and limits. Both of them was staying way beyond closing time to make the deal that made my family members happy. Kendall is the very best sales person I have ever dealt with in my many car purchases over my lifetime!!!

All I can say is this place is first class. Compared to any of my other car shopping experiences, this place is hands down the best. From the first interaction all the way thru to the end. I was never hassled and they stuck to their word. I live in Lees Summit close to Adams Toyota (these guys at Adams are a bunch of jerks) and will literally drive out of the way to Olathe (hour round trip) because of how pleasant these guys are. If you are going to buy a Toyota, go here for sure!

Julio Guzman worked to explain my choices without pushing me to choose one model over the other even though there was a difference in price. He wanted what was best for me, and the people who worked with him to complete the purchase were very caring. Julio and others stayed after hours and were 100% patient.
