Bait and switch
Brutal experience I went to the dealer one time and talk to them about a car and left. I was called later in the week and asked to come back out so I did on a rainy cold Saturday. We haggled a little on price then they had me sign the X signature spot, and We agreed on a price. Once we got the credit app done mr YO who it says has been there for 17 years came back and said he messed up and the price was off by $2200 dollars. I said that was not my problem and mr YO did not even try to help me out after that he just said Olathe Toyota would not honor there price that they and me signed on the x signature line. BAD BUISNESS

Great Experience
We had a great experience at Olathe Toyota. They were open on a Sunday which made is super convenient for us. Our salesman John was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Yo helped meet our financial expectations and Robert explained all the features and how to operate them. We left with a smile on our faces in a brand new 2018 Highlander that was squeaky and had a full tank of gas. In addition to all of that our first 2 years of oil changes and tire rotations are free. You can't ask for more than that.

Carlos and Yo were fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. Carlos stayed late with us, answered every question without hesitation and was super sweet to our kiddos. Will absolutely go back again.

Great buying experience!
Excellent experience. We had been car shopping for quite a while. Once we drove this Camry the search ended! Our Sales Consultant, Jack Wilson, was excellent. Very patient in our multiple test drives & questions. He seemed to really enjoy pointing out some of the great features of the Camry. We highly recommend Olathe Toyota, with their unbeatable Lifetime Warranty, and when you visit, ask for Jack!

Awesome!
My husband and I came into Olathe Toyota on a very short time frame and from the time we walked in to when we left everything was handled very well! (And in record time!) Communication was great and everything went very quick and smooth! Bobby and Micah were both a pleasure to do business with!I would definitely recommend Olathe Toyota when shopping for your future vehicle!

Exceptional Buying Experience
My wife and I recently went through the laborious process of determining what type of vehicle and what dealer to buy from. Most often, this is a daunting exercise fraught with frustration and anxiety. Our experience at Olathe Toyota was unquestionably the most pleasant, pain-free, honest, and enjoyable experience we've had in 38 years of marriage. Olathe, Micah Kent, and manager
My wife and I had been looking at various makes and models. When we narrowed it down to the new Toyota Camry we visited several of the dealerships in the area. We found the vehicle we wanted at one of the dealerships we visited prior to Olathe, but wanted to think it over, as well as the fact that we didn't get the best vibes and feelings from that dealership. We set up an appointment and test drive and soon after traveled to Olathe. Even with a good amount of traffic and people at the dealership we were quickly greeted and asked how we could be helped. We were matched up with Micah Kent who was very helpful and prompt. As we explained our situation and intentions in potentially buying a vehicle he was very attentive and understanding. Even though we had test driven the type of vehicle we felt we wanted, he suggested and offered to prep a similar car to what we had described to test drive. He worked quickly to find the vehicle and get us on the road. He was very nice about letting my wife and I drive the vehicle by ourselves and didn't pressure us to allow us to come with. This was not the case at other dealerships. My wife and I appreciated doing test drives without someone over our shoulder. After the test drive we started to look at a specific model close to what we had driven and some of the options, accessories, price points, etc. Several times in the interaction we needed time to consider things, and discuss things just between my wife and myself. Micah was very receptive to that, respectful in the time and space we needed. At no point were we pressured or hovered over. Micah was patient with our requests, forth-coming and honest in his approach and responses, understanding of our needs, as well as helpful in working with our budget and expectations. His manager Kenny was the same way. He took the time to come over to us, explain a few of the processes and what he would do to help us get what we wanted. Throughout the time we were there it was quite busy. Micah and his manager were always expediting anything they could in order to serve us and they were patient when we needed to discuss our thoughts and intentions. The experience was great overall as we were comfortable with the service we received. I would recommend the sales aspect of this dealership and without a doubt tell anyone to go ask for and work with Micah Kent.

Excellent Customer Service
The minute we arrived at the door with my best friend, Joji, greeting us with a great smile. My friend like to lease and eventually purchase her dream car. He walk us through the process by going above and beyond to make the process smooth and quick.
