We were so satisfied with our first buying experience there that we asked for him again. The entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We never felt undue pressured to buy. These two Toyotas will probably outlast us, but if they don't, we'll be right back asking for Joji.

We would recommend Joji Eapen at Olathe Toyota to anyone wanting a positive car-buying experience. Heintuited the type of car we needed, and did his best to get us the right one at a good price. This was not the typical "slick car salesman" approach. He wasn't pushy or overbearing; he seemed to really care about our choice. He stayed within our price range and got us a Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid that we are enjoying very much.

We had purchased a Highlander in 2011 from Olathe Toyota and felt we had a good experience then.
