I bought an SUV today from the Olathe Toyata and believe me, its one of the worst services provided in all the dealers I have met till date. I was shown the vehicle and made a test drive. I was impressed and interested in buying the same. Post the negotiations made ( negotiations were not heated or argumentative but gentle and a price was finalized). Post the negotiation was done and price deal was finalized, it was told to us that accident reported on this car which was not told earlier. Post insurance was done and finance work is completed, we noticed that there is a defect in the interior body of the car, which we informed the sales guy which in turn brought to the attention to the manager. and the manager simply declined to accept the fault that it was not documented and insisted that we should have checked the car before finalizing, when told that this is something that needs to be fixed by the company, they simply said, take the car or leave it in a very rude and unprofessional tone. When we asked them about the same, they simply says, its a minor break which we cannot commit to fix and they are happy if we dont take a car and leave . I can go on but I would simply say, guys if you are interested in vehicle and going to this outlet, please please please get the vehicle checked even the minutest of detail and insist on get everything documented before even sitting to make a deal... and please know that these people dont know what customer service is specially the managers and people sitting on the billing desks. Rest your choice. God bless your decision .

I wanted a specific used vehicle available at Olathe Toyota, but I had some uncomfortable experiences with car salesmen in the past. I was nervous, so I signed on and read about this dealer to get some guidance. I read some great reviews about a sales consultant named Kendall, so I called and asked for him. I was told it was his day off, but the receptionist connected me to his cell phone - I felt guilty, but he came up to the dealership to meet me that same morning, worked with me for a few hours, let me go home because I had a meeting and came back again to negotiate the sale later that evening. He stayed focused on my needs and concerns and did an amazing job. The car ended up having some mechanical trouble the next day and they immediately got me into a loaner, identified the issue and fixed it at no cost to me. It drives great and it was an awesome, personalized sales experience!

Toyota was the second dealership I visited. They were extremely friendly and helpful in finding me the type of car I was looking for. They also helped me become acclimated with all of the gadgets in my Corolla. I love my new car!

I know a clean facility shouldn't matter when buying a car, but I noticed this place is very dirty. Is anyone cleaning this place? Walked in , walked around some, used the restroom, then walked out feeling like I needed a shower! Yuk

This was the second dealership we visited and the only vehicle we test drove before purchasing our minivan. Julio was quick to respond with answers to all of our questions, even after we left the dealership. We are very happy with the final price and love our new vehicle!

I trust this place. I take a late model camry to this dealership for service and repairs. When I take it to other places for an oil change, I'm told about a long list of things that need fixing. Not so here. The last time I was concerned about a noise I was hearing when driving over bumpy roads and asked them to take a look. They explained what was causing it and what I could do if the noise bothered me, but explained that the car was fine and I did not need to perform the repair. They are also open Sat and Sundays, so makes it convenient to get in for oil changes.
