I have purchased many cars from Olathe Toyota and from Shannon. I think two Highlanders (for my then spouse), two Prii (one for me, one for my spouse), a Prius C (my daughter), a used Camry (my oldest son) and a new Corolla (my oldest son) and maybe a used Corolla for my second son (I think I bought it here). Shannon is superb and the ultimate no hassle, no haggle salesperson for me. She always directs us to the right type of vehicle, she works to get us the right price and the right trade (when we have one). She is the only car salesperson I will go to. When I need a car, I always know where I'm going and who I am talking to to get it. Thanks Shannon. I may be coming back soon for another car.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Joji. He was a very nice gentleman and a great listener. This is very important since I was potentially getting ready to purchase a vehicle. I probably came across a little aggressive at first. I did not want to spend a long time at the dealership since my credit was not where it needed to be. I eliminated small talk and told Joji the facts regarding credit, job history, what car I wanted, and the fact my time was valuable. He listened, and off he went. Within 30 minutes he had me approved! Initially, I received one interest rate and later that interest rate was literally slashed in half! Go Toyota! Did i mention my credit was not where it needed to be! Now that he had my attention, Joji was incredible to work with, very nice Christian man, family oriented and very hard working. The whole time he was dealing with the wife and I, I could tell he had a focus and that was to meet what I asked of him. Dealing with Toyota, Joji, and working with Bo in the finance department, the experience was simply unbelievable and truly a blessing. What could any consumer ask for? Oh I forgot, Robert Jackson was a great guy to deal with as well, very detail oriented. All I can say is, I hope Joji and the rest of the team are still there on my next purchase. What an awesome experience!! Now my wife and 5 kids are proud owners of a new Toyota Sienna. Go Toyota and Team!!!

We just purchased a Sienna van from this dealership and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a Toyota. Our sales agent was Pam and I can't praise her enough. She spent over two hours with us, helping us find the perfect van and negotiating an awesome deal. She was incredibly gracious and patient when answering our many questions and when dealing with my uptight husband. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends. I also want to thank Kim in delivery. She went above and beyond to help us with our van. The dealership is beautiful, many vehicles to choose from, and very competent staff.
