My daughter’s car broke down and we needed to get something reasonable right away. I had previously made appointments with several other dealers in the area; however, as luck would have it, a friend of hers called and suggested we go to Olathe Toyota and see Shannon. He has purchased several other cars from Shannon and convinced me to give her a call. I setup an appointment with her, and found her to be very easy to deal with, understood what we were looking for, found us the right car at a price point within our budget and most importantly, she treated us as if we were the only customer in town.

We shopped for about 6 months and visited several dealerships before deciding to buy our car from Shawn. We could tell that Shawn studied about the cars he sold, because he knew absolutely everything about them, as we looked at the electric cars and regular ones. I could not be any happier with my salesman, Shawn. He worked really hard for us and he went above and beyond to help me find the car that I fell in love with. I give Shawn a 10!

Great experience with Robert Paredes and Olathe Toyota. I told them what vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. With almost no hassle they were able to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted.
