Bad customer service

They are very rude and unprofessional. The manager Kenny was talking loud to my husband and I thinking he is superior. They have awful customer service. I went to get xzilon on my brand new 2012 Prius car and when I went to pick it up, they had fingerprints all over the car. Kenny was also blaming me of putting those black fingerprints on the car. Come on for real? I am buying a brand new car just to put fingerprints on it. The xzilon it's supposed to be for cleaning purposes, but they did the opposite. Plus they put extra charge on the price of the car. They are really crooked. They treat people like they are doing free service for us when we are the ones paying their salaries. We are paying customers and deserve to be treat right. They cannot yell at people because they feel like it. They basically want to sell cars without even caring about the customer. I do not recommend this dealership to no one.

false advertising

Dealer posted a vehicle they didn ever have yet was told it was on the lot drove 2 hrs to look at it. Don waste your time with this dealer ship.

Wasted my whole afternoon.

This dealership does not live up to its hype. The sales people are at the mercy of a greedy, unprofessional finance staff. I was there for an entire afternoon trying to come to terms with a used Camry. I all but begged the salesperson to let me know if I was wasting my time there. Each time he did the "finance shuffle" the "finance manager" would not budge. I had some dings in my credit and they wanted me to agree to an 18% interest rate. I walked out and got another deal from a competitor.

The car agent who served us allowed us to make our own...

The car agent who served us allowed us to make our own decision between buying a used or a new car. He provided us all the time we needed to decide without pressuring us. He understood that there are other dealers who could give us a good or similar deal. We enjoyed the sales experience. It helped to have made up our minds on the car we want to purchase; we live the Rav4 we bought.

Don't go to this dealer unless you really need to. I...

Don't go to this dealer unless you really need to. I bought a 2012 4Runner from this dealer only because they offer corporate discount price to the company employees I work at. When I was picking up my car, the check from my bank was sitting on their desk for two days until I brought a FedEx delivery receipt to them from my bank. Now I am waiting on a letter from them for the Proof of Vehicle purchase so that I can take it to DMV and register the car. It's been a week and half and no letter arrived yet although they told me it will take a week. I also placed an order for wheel locks on the day I picked up my car which is supposed to take a week. I called them up and they don't know what happened to the order. I worry about my future warranty and two year maintenance service they said they will provide to me. I have to start looking for other Toyota dealer where I can get those service from. I don't think I can/will trust their work on my car. Very very unresponsive and don't care dealer. Maybe they just want to take orders and sell cars.

My experience started with speaking with Brice, he helped us find a 4 door Camry, and we took several test drives. We decided on a 2011 Camry, got a fair price, it was the end of the day, the dealership was actually closed, we were pretty much rushed into signing the deal, although I will take the blame for not officially completely reading the entire contract, nothing was explained, just sign her please and initial here, I feel the deal was all they wanted to close. I have purchased several cars from Frank Ancona and McCarthy, the finance manager always took the time to go over the contract, payments, interest, amount financed, asked if I had questions. I am not happy with the way I was treated, told "you signed the contract lady, you didn't have a gun held to your head," nice customer support....I will spread the word..don't go to this dealership!

I knew the vehicle that I wanted and viewed it on the internet. I had contacted the dealership regarding the car and had taken a test drive previously. I knew what I needed out of my trade in and if I could not get the amount I was willing to walk. Mario was able to get what I needed and got me a good deal on the car. It work out really well. Dawn Hofer was especially helpful and made the purchasing a vehicle great. She showed me the features of the car and how to set things up. Thanks Dawn Mike
