    I appreciate how Mike Rauscher and all the staff at Robert Brogden Buick GMC handled our purchase of a new GMC Acadia. There were challenges and complications resulting from the delayed delivery from the factory which were beyond the staffs control. The right decisions were made and the right things were done to take complete care of us. When it comes to taking care of the customer, at Robert Brogden they "get it" and I will not hesitate to recommend Robert Brodgen Buick GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle.     Brought vehicle in for regular service, shop found an issue with the hoses. Alerted me to the fact the vehicle should not be driven. Sent me on the way with a loaner. Kept me updated as it took a few days to find the problem. Turned out the issue was due to leakage of coolant into the oil, GM knew about the issue and recommended a new engine. Due to winter weather it did take longer than normal to get the engine to the dealership. Was notified a few days after arrival the vehicle was ready to go. Two weeks later had to bring the vehicle back in for service of due to a Check Engine light, after fueling also received messages to Service Traction Control and Stabiltrak. Found a bad connection, P449 message I believe, the car was repaired same day. So far no further issues. Vehicle runs great. Happy with service overall. Gina Urick was the service rep, very professional and pleasant to work with on resolving the issues.

    I really like this dealership and would highly recommend it to family and friends. The people that work there are all real friendly. The salesman we had, Scotty Smith, was really awesome!!!!!!! He was very friendly, has a greatttttt smile, and willing to help us with any questions I had and the girl named, Renae, she was very helpful to me also. Everybody there seemed really friendly and nice. Nice place to buy a car from!!!!!
