    Both Brad and Kyle were a pleasure to work with through the process of buying a new Outback. Brad listened to what was important to my wife, as well as... what fit our needs most. At no point, did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with the process. Kyle and Brad came together to give us the best deal on the price of the Outback, the value of our trade in, and the financing. Kyle worked through a lot of my questions and concerns on the loan and additional coverage. In the end, Kyle was able to put together an extended service plan at a competitive rate. Brad was there the next day when I went back to drop the title off to personally thank me and make sure everything was smooth. Even though it was his day off, it was important to him to make sure I was well taken care of and that makes a world of difference to me. This is the 7th vehicle I've purchased and definitely one of the best dealership experiences I've had. We will be back to buy our next Subaru...just hope Brad and Kyle are still there in 20 years when this one is on it's last legs. Thanks Olathe Subaru.

    Service - dropped off our vehicle to have the spark plugs changed, advised Service Manager that there was residual oil around the valve cover gasket that... should be covered under our Zurich Warranty. They checked our vehicle in and said they would contact us and advise when and what needed to be done. We never received a call back, we did call back the second business day and we’re told we would get a call back again, no call, we decided to go to the dealership to pick it up before they closed because we needed it for work and we were told it could be 3 months before they could get this in. We were recently discussing trading in our Forester for the new Ascent but our feelings about our recent experience will likely affect any new/used vehicle purchases moving forward. If we’re contacted by Subaru Olathe to move forward with this repair without us having to take to another Subaru Dealership for repair we’ll be happy to update favorably on their behalf.

    I bought a brand new fully loaded 2015 outback with a 100,000 mile warranty and a maintenance package, new tires, extra keys, every filter and recommended... repair I was told to purchase. My coolant started leaking at 15,000 miles. They would say nothing was wrong. At 30,000 after filling it 5 times myself, they still said nothing was wrong. I wrote a review on their site as i could not get service department to answer or to return my call. I had to call several times to reach someone and push to get car in. They told me to return if coolant level was down again. At 42,000 miles, coolant was completely gone in overflow tank and low in radiator after following the service recommended by Subaru. They still said I had no leak!!! So, I complained on website. So, because they do not want to cover the cost of whatever is causing a major coolant leak, they fired me as a client. I have never heard of such a thing. I smelled coolant from day 1, my mistake was filling it myself but I assumed they would believe me. I started documenting with photographs the leak and at one point was told I should not check coolant when it was low. My basic complaint is they never fixed my leak and it has cost me time and money. I have had to take the car in buy coolant, etc. since the brand new, never been driven car was bought. Now that it is completely empty with a low radiator they fired me. Obviously they don't want to cover the cost of the repair. And, they said it was because I wrote a review. So basically unlike any other place I have been to, they don't want constructive feedback, they only want reviews that are positive which is an indication as to why no one should buy a car at Olathe Subaru. I am in customer service myself, when my client complains I jump through hoops to make them happy as I value my client. I not only bought a fully loaded brand new car, I financed it there and bought everything they sold me to include spending over 2000 dollars on my last service visit for new tires. Can anyone blame me for complaining after having a coolant leak since I had 16,000 miles on the car? Can anyone blame me for being mad that I am told I have no leak with no fluid in overflow and a low radiator before it is time for my oil change??? I have been asked so many times about my car and whether I like it and I am someone who refers people places. I am beyond amazed that a constructive complaint gets me fired as a consumer. Subaru is not what I thought they would be as even calling the 800 number has gotten me nowhere. The only thing they say is I can call Subaru when my car overheatss and they will tow me. So I bought a 35,000 dollar car to be told I can get a free tow. Watch out for the blocks on the Outback, I am reading all over the internet that they have issues. I was a big Subaru fan and even an Olathe Subaru fan until they told me I did not have a leak after continually losing coolant. But for goodness sakes, why have a review site and only take positive reviews? The only way for customer service to improve is to respond to constructive criticism. They are hard to reach by phone and make service appointments, they are small and have trouble meeting the time constraints of busy people.

    Good morning , We at Olathe Subaru strive for excellent customer service . When above customer brought her car in for service the first time we imme...diatly offered her a loaner car and began to work on her vehicle . We found when she dropped it off coolant level was full and in fact overfull. Someone had just filled overflow container to top when engine was hot. We performed a hydro carbon test and coolant leak test finding no issues on vehicle . We kept vehicle for an additional two days to make sure no leaks or coolant usage was found. When customer picked vehicle up we informed her that we could not find any issues with vehicle but it has been documented with subaru and if for some reason issue returns we will take care of customer even if warranty has run out on vehicle. As for firing the customer , this is not something we ever do unless its best for both partys . The above customer faulsly accused us of not wanting to fix her car and waiting until warranty was up ?to stick it to her. ? Clearly this is an incorrect statement as our other reviews clearly show diffrently . When she called in last wednesday to schedule vehicle back in we put her on the schedule the very next day so we could see if the vehicle truly has a problem with coolant usage like we promised the customer the previous visit . The customer on thursday then cancelled her appt and then asked if we could move her appt to friday which we made some adjutments to our schedule and got her in friday . Customer then decided to right letter with multiple faulse accusations and when husband brought vehicle in friday we politly told him that there were two other local subaru dealerships she could take her car too and that we were not going to be her servicing dealer any longer

    There were so many mishaps with this dealer. Worst of all I'm still waiting on a refund on a warranty since Feb 9. Then no on will call me to staten this... out. Think twice

    I had a funeral to attend that was a couple hundred miles away, and my tire got a hole the wall the day before I had to leave, so I needed a tire. I called... to see if I had a warranty, thankfully I did, but they were booked solid. The service team was able to squeeze me in at the last second, and I was able to make it to the funeral. Couldn't have made it without these guys.

    Prompt service-completed within time frame as promised. Service waiting area was very clean and comfortable with TV and magazines available along with... a separate room for those needing a more quiet room for computer work, etc. Appreciated the coffee, water and snacks availability.
