Sales person and I agreed on a price only having them

Sales person and I agreed on a price only having them drop off the 500 dollar admin fee and tried to move onto financing and they made financing high went through my bank to get lower interest and they charge 500 dollars for paperwork fees. They will not work with you on price at all and will charge you for whatever they can even after agreeing on a price. They fought with my bank to even try and get financing to begin with. They are very unfriendly and will do anything they can to try and get the money they want. I absolutely loved the car I was trying to buy and was trying really hard to work with these people and they do not want to work with you. You are only dollar signs to these people and I would strongly recommend going anywhere else

I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. I recently bought a used chevy truck from this dealership with 55K miles. At 60K miles it had a serious misfire. Trying to get this fixed on the dealership's ''lifetime powertrain warranty" has been an absolute nightmare. I've had to drive to this dealership twice because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Once the service manager, Aaron Rose, took over he was very much more communicative. Communicative yes, but he did not have any sense as to what was actually happening with my case. He told me two different things that turned out to be absolute falsities. Save yourself the trouble drive past this dealership.

Rip you off

Got an oil change they used cheap m1 did not use genuine honda oil now my engine is loud had my cvt transmission fluid changed do t know what they put in there it driving like xxxx. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE THEY WILL LIE

Outstanding Customer Service Ask for Phillip Ford

From start to finish, the customer service level from Phillip Ford exceeded my expectations. I went to the dealership after researching new CRV's and knew what I wanted. All I needed was the perfect sales person and I found that in Phillip.

Terrible communication- shop elsewhere!

From sales to financing, the entire process was a hassle with terrible communication. Long story short I was sent home with a different car (same model different features). It took forever to get the car switched out and at one point they just stopped responding to my emails. Financing blew through paperwork and the whole thing felt slimy and dishonest. There are so many Honda dealerships in the KC area- just save yourself some time and headache and shop elsewhere!

Service = expensive guess work

Took my 2018 Odyssey to their service department to fix an issue. They threw parts at the problem but were unable to fix the issue. They charged me $850 and told me to bug-off without fixing the issue. If you want someone to charge you insane amounts of money to guess what's wrong with your car this is the dealership for you.

Wasted Time

Wasted a day to drive here see a vehicle advertised. The vehicle was nothing up to standard compared to the pictures show.

Stay away from Lee's Summit Honda!! Disappointing

My youngest daughter made an appointment to get her oil changed, tires rotated and her brakes checked. The service person disregarded everything she said and made her feel stupid for not wanting to do more of the 100,000 mile maintenance. He was loud and embarrassed her for lack of knowledge about the maintenance and her car. I personally spoke to the service rep and told him that we would not be doing the extensive maintenance and he completely disregarded my instructions. $53 for a cabin air filter that is $18 at auto parts store. RIDICULOUS!! They took advantage of my daughter and disregarded me to make a few bucks !! Don't shop here for a vehicle and definitely do not take your car here for service. I will be going to a local service person in the future. STAY AWAY FROM LEE'S SUMMIT HONDA.

Lees Summit Honda Service and Sales

Had to take my 2020 Accord in for service today for a safety based issue. Matt (service) and Kevin (Sales Mgr) went out of their way to provide me with Outstanding customer service and Support. People like the professionals I encountered at Lees Summit Honda today, are the reason that a Honda has been parked in my garage since 1989 and will continue to be well into the future. Gentlemen, Thank You for a job Well Done!!!!!

Cheated after accepting deposit on SUV

Had booked a used CR-V with them and gave check for deposit as I worked with their and my bank to secure loan over next 4 days. Kept sales person from them informed all the time and booked appointment to pick up vehicle. On reaching dealership, I am told that some other sales person sold the car to someone else previous night !!! And they can't do anything about the vehicle I had agreed to buy as it no longer is with them. They were not even apologetic about their mess up. I had taken another friend with me who wanted to buy CR-V and they lost both business and ruined my day and effort of last one week. Never going back to them again..
