Great service clean facility

The mechanic, I think was John,was very kind and courteous. He explained everything to me and even fixed my door handle. The receptionist was also helpful. It was a pleasure to have them help me.

Excellent Dealer - Five Stars

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. There was a minor problem with the truck and the sales staff brought it to my attention prior to the sale, corrected the issue, and was very pleasant throughout the entire process.

Dick Smith Ford is the best!

Dick Smith Ford is the best! I was being very particular about my purchase, wanting the "just right" vehicle. Steve Pack was patience and allow me the time to decide. The whole used car team was friendly, informative and helped in any way they could. I love my new Taurus and am glad I bought it at Dick Smith. They are our Ford dealership, period.

Service

Whether I take my car to Dick Smith Ford for an oil change, tune up or something else, I know that the work will be done correctly in a timely manner. I appreciate the service department being able to work my car into their schedule, at the last minute, before our trip.

Great Quick Service

My appointment was on time and quick! Service people were friendly and even ran my library book out to my Escape when I forgot in at the front desk after paying my bill! Saved me a trip! Also Dwight Craig the salesman who we bought our vehicle from stopped by to say hello - loving our Escape!

Great Service

The service department always takes very good care of you. The owner is on the service floor helping people and asking how there car or truck is doing . Always gives you a ride back to work.

Dealership who goes above and beyond!

Matt Smith called the day before I was to pick up the car, asked a few questions to help speed up the process. Even though the dealership was busy the day I picked up my car, my husband and I felt like we were the only customers there - based on all the attention everyone gave us.

Great Service

Fast, easy, simple & enjoying! The man that worked with us was amazing and got us from the playroom because my daughter was having so much fun that I didn't hear my name over the intercom :)

Great experience

The people in the service department are friendly and courteous. A part was ordered and confirmed so the car could pass the safety inspection the same day I was there. Love the doughnuts!
