    I drove 2 hours to see some Used Cars for sale. Found out their Courtesy Cars are in a Catch 22 situation where the Dealership considers them Used but Banks/Credit Unions consider them New (registered to an individual). I didn't want a New car. The sales representative was very helpful but they didn't have any vehicles on the lot that met my requirements. The trip was long to end up with no valid vehicles to look at.

    Their car wash put a gouge in the back bumper which they are going to fix, but it is an inconvenience for me. Nothing on the receipt notates they ...

    Their car wash put a gouge in the back bumper which they are going to fix, but it is an inconvenience for me. Nothing on the receipt notates they changed the Passenger Compartment air filter which is on the maintenance schedule for this visit. Also, I would expect them to check the air pressure in the tires when they rotate them. This wasn't done either.
