    I truly regret buying a ford car and I regret even more buying it from Bob Sight Ford at Lees Summit MO 64063. I've always had bad experience at this dealership but chose not write a review till now. While I was in distress and upset about why the dealership had failed to fix my car. I was yelled at by Todd Gray the dispatch person to take my car and leave the dealership even though I had financed the car through Ford Credit (Apparently customer service doesn't mean much at this dealership). About 3 years ago I bought a brand new ford fusion se from this dealership and that was the beginning of my nightmare. From recalls to other problems with the vehicle made buying a brand new fusion a waste of resources. Every time I take the car in for service or repair I left feeling sad and very unsatisfied with the level of service I received. In the morning of Wednesday March 22nd, 2017 I was to drop off the kids at daycare and head to work but after I got the kids in the car and try starting it, the car would not start. Called the ford road side assistance guys, they came and jump start the car and drove it to Bob Sight dealership. After me and the kids (4 & 1/2 yr old daughter and 7 & 1/2 month old son) waited for an hour plus at the lobby, Service Advisor Troy Shatto said the technicians checked and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, said they didn't know why it died and wont start, charged me $50 for a "21 check charging system test", I paid and we drove off. Next day same thing happened - car wont start, called ford road side assistance guys and had the car towed down to Bob Sight ford. I left the car at the dealership and on the evening of Friday 24th Troy called and said the car was fixed and they didn't find any issue, said alternator was working fine and battery was good. Saturday 25th morning at about 7:40am he called again and said change of plan that the car wasn't fixed they found an issue. Monday 27th evening got a call from Chad Richwine the Service Manager (Chad was very helpful) that the car was fixed and charged me $353.91. On Tuesday 28th morning went to pick up the car. The wife drop us (me and the kids) off at the dealership before heading to work. Went in and spoke with a Service Advisor briefly and got a confirmation that the car was fixed and ready to go and I paid the $353.91 charge to "replace shifter contamination causing draw on battery" as stated on the invoice. We drove off to Walgreens to get cold medicine for my little boy that was sick from the night before. Got the medicine, came out and try starting the car- car wont start:(. My biggest fear had just come to pass- I was stranded out in the cold -45 degrees with my little boy sick and my little girl was trying not to cry and wondering why the heat is not on in the car and why we're not driving home. Very sad experience.

    No hassles from my salesman Chris Zieber at all. He is very conscientious of your and wants. I've bought from Chris before (my 3rd vehicle). I had to call to find him and waited until he came back to Bob Sight . He is a very nice young man that cares about his customers.

    After an exhausting 2 week /11 dealer search for the "perfect fit"compact SUV for the wife who was "undecided" as to what she wanted, it was determined to have her start with a color and I would take it from there. Deciding finally on the Ford lineup it was apparent that none of the previous 11 dealerships had it in that color in any brand in their inventory. We made a cold call inquiry to Bob Sights Ford in Lees Summit and "BINGO" was informed they had not one but two in stock in that color with every thing we required. The best part was the super friendly,very knowledgeable salesman, Tyler Gray, that took our inquiry. Absolutely hope if you're in the market for a vehicle that you are fortunate to have this guy help you thru it. Having never dealt with this dealership previously I had no idea what to expect. After having purchased this time from Tyler, I would not hesitate to highly recommend him as the "go-to guy" to all my friends and relatives. Seriously cannot say enough positive about this deal.

    I have bought a number of trucks via Bob Sight Ford through out 15 years. Chris Zieber my contact whom I have bought my last two trucks was once again outstanding in caring for my familys needs and wants. I am gladd to see that he was still with Ford after coming back to buy my recent truck. To me that sais much about Ford as well. Chris cares about who he serves as much as how he serves. That to me means everything. I encourage Ford to recognize such sales people and keep being the Company you are.

    I recently bought a 2016 F150 from this dealership. I did my research on the internet and walked in the next day to test drive. I worked with Tyler Gray though the whole process, he was patient and reasonable through the whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership and more specifically, Tyler Gray. The whole experience was top notch and I was very impressed by Tyler and the dealership as a whole.

    Overall I had a great experience at Bob Sight. All of the staff was friendly and down to earth. Tyler was a great salesman and easy to work with, communicated quickly via email and phone. I appreciated how he ensured my truck was cleaned and brought out front for both the test drive and on delivery day. This was my 11th car buying experience and one of my top 3.
