Service department is very customer unfriendly, I was

Service department is very customer unfriendly, I was told a 4-5 hr wait, and when 5 hrs had passed, had to go up front and have their billing person phone them. The guy in charge said "well I told you it would be all day" . Which is a lie. He then said, "well we're a little behind" and then said it would be another 1-1/2 hours. What kept him from informing me so I could see about a ride or even lunch? Really unfriendly attitude also. Been going her for 5 years. No kore

I recently bought a 2022 Ford Explorer. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the entire experience. I never felt pressured at all throughout the process. Everyone was welcoming with a positive attitude and a smile. The honesty and character of everyone involved was above and beyond expectation. I bought a 2019 escape and paid 23000 dollars cash.

I bought a 2019 escape and paid 23000 dollars cash. I had the car 30 days. Had to buy a new battery which they couldn't install. 400 bucks. Now I've had it 6 months and the head gasket is blown. They wanted to keep it 3 days to diagnose it! I took it to Goodyear. Took them 2 hours to confirm it. Now they need to keep it 3 days to confirm the diagnosis. It's under warranty and they didn't care. Basically told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I took it to Thoroughbred ford. Got me in the next day! Blown head gasket! 2 hours in their shop. Filed a formal complaint against blue springs ford. Terrible customer service. Even from their service manager! Don't do business with these people...
