Service for a oil change and tire rotation

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. Took my car in to have a oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off at 7a.m. There were no cars in the bays just drove right up. 5 hours later my car was still not done. My daughter called and was talked to horrible and said car would be done by 3. We drove up there and asked to speak to service manager. Out came Sam Bell. The most rude individual. He said the people that come in and wait are served first. (Come to find out he is Not the manager. We were lied too.) What?? So 5 hours later you still can't get to my car. There is no rhyme or reason for how they get to your car to be serviced. So beware if you drop off your car supposedly it'll be on the back burner.

Sam Bell In the service department is awful!

Sam Bell In the service department is awful! Very rude. His customer service is just about as bad as his receding hair line.

New Bronco

Always have a good experience at Blue Springs Ford. This time I was buying and all went as expected. Very friendly and was able to answer all my questions.

We came to look at a vehicle we found on the internet.

We came to look at a vehicle we found on the internet. We made an appointment, was told the vehicle was in great shape. The vehicle had hail damage on the top, had been sideswiped on the passenger side and had front end damage. Total misrepresentation and waste of our time.
