Overall great experience. Frank was a totally awesome salesman. He was very engaged, knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He was great to clarify things we had questions on. A great communicator and not pushy or distracted at all. He made us feel like we were the only customers there (on a very busy night since it was the last day of the month). My experience was the most professional and rewarding auto purchase experience EVER! I initiated a conversation with Jason about the excessive warranty work necessary on my new Pacifica. He listened, offered his apologies and immediately pulled up my service record. Jason was very straightforward. He indicated the warranty items (addressing DCJ would not Lemon Law a vehicle unless the code for repairs was the same and had been left at the dealership over 30 days. My Pacifica has been left less than half that time so didn't qualify for DCJ assistance. However, he advised that he would contact them and do everything in his power to get assistance to get me out of the vehicle. DCJ, as Jason had stated, would not offer any financial assitance so Jason took it upon himself to search for solutions. I am now driving a brand new Pacifica for a $2,000 trade difference. My Pacifica had almost 30K in miles. This was a herculean effort on Jason's part. He then turned me over to Laura to find the best match for a replacement and she spent all the time necessary to find the right replacement and then conclude the sale in short order. Laura then proceeded to spend an hour, off the clock, as this was her short day, reviewing every feature of the car, including self park! WOW, how's that for a once in a life time buying experience!!! I own a large business and assist my adult children in all vehicle purchases. This is the fourth vehicle purchased from Olathe DCJ and I will forever purchase all future vehicles from DCJ. THANK YOU JASON Sheafer and Laura Voss!!
