Okie.. So I stopped by and finalized a car. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke... to the sales person and was told "Ford's now manages GPS application using Sync services". I believed him and decided to activate the feature when i reach home. I found that Sync has been disabled for 2011 till 2016 models. Called a ford dealer ship and was informed that vehicle does not have GPS hardware installed and it will cost me $1500 to get it installed. Called Lucas (sales person) back and informed him about the situation. response was "You are on your own". So finally left with a BAD taste and dealers attitude on GFY. They were great when i was buying the car, but after i bought attitude completely changed! I am going to raise this up to the credit companies and leave review about how a false promise/suggestion was made and how much of an extra effort was made to feel a customer satisfied!

Since we purchased our Corvette from Heartland, they have always "had our back" when service was required. In our opinion, Heartland is the best Chevrolet... dealer in the Northland, and probably in the entire Kansas City area.

Overall experience was quick and easy with great service from all departments. Thanks to everyone involved in our purchase for our new ride.
