I purchased my Mercedes G63 via the internet and the process was straight forward and easy to accomplish. When I went to pickup my G Wagon I was very pleased with the lady who guided me thought the process and explained the vehicle's features and assisted transferring our possessions to the new vehicle. I had stopped at Aristocrat a couple of years earlier when traveling through Kansas City and needed assistance with a minor mechanical problem with my Mercedes S53. They fixed the problem quickly and did not even charge me for the work. My customer service experience was excellent. I have to point out that I called the dealership randomly 30 minutes before they close, Payton took the call and I told him I was going to be there in 10 minutes and I was interested in a specific car...he had it ready for me to test drive it when I got there.
