Excellent as always!

I am always more than satisfied with the service I receive from Johnson Lexus. My service consultant wants to ensure I am always pleased with their performance of my vehicle and the service they provide. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this location.

10,000 mile service

My experience with John Lexus of Raleigh have consistently been outstanding. This visit was for 10,000 mile maintenance was estimated to take 2 hours. The service took 1 hour 45 minutes and of course I enjoyed snacks and coffee while waiting. When my vehicle was ready, Ryan was tied up so another service advisor took care of the check out process so I was not delayed.

Great car buying experience

I am a busy working mom who has been looking for a car for a couple of months. This dealership was the most helpful of all the ones I visited. The car price was great, as was the condition of the car. They made the process super smooth and quick. Eb was great to work with. Very accommodating, efficient, and struck the perfect balance of following-up, but not being too persistent like some dealerships can be. Such a good experience I would definitely go back when it comes time to buy another car.

Alway very professional and customer friendly. Explains the services to take place before work begins instead of after the service is completed. All work is guaranteed, and they do excellent work. I would not trust my Hybrid with anyone else.

Great experience

After receiving several emails from Jay Dyer, I decided it is time for me to trade my 2010 Lexus Rx350 to 2016 RX 350. Mr. Dyer offers excellent customer service, he provided the attention I needed to make an informed decision, and he was patient. Excellent service from Johnson. They do a fantastic job enhancing the customer experience. My vehicle was returned cleaned and I was escorted to my car while being explained the service results.
