I never thought I would purchase a Toyota / personal reasons But recently I stopped in at Mark Jacobson of Durham I spoke with Luke and he introduced me to Sandra Mckinney who was professional, informative andvery nice. After speaking with her and test driving the Camary I decided to buy. I want to sas they are the best and thanks for saying Yes! Note my son an auto / diesel mechanic was so shocked that I brought a Toyota he applied for a job.!

I am so impressed with the way the Service Dept. operates. I love the fact of them coming to meet you at your car, discussing your issue and then calling you when they have completed the service. I am very impressed with their staff and how they handle their process. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla 2015. I wasn't ready to buy a new car just yet. But dealing and talking with Alex. Alex made my decision very clear. Despite my credit. I was approved. Alex was awesome through the whole experience. Alex stuck with me the whole time making sure I got everything taken care that night. Alex made sure I got my car insurance taking care. I recently bought a used car from Mark Jacobson Toyota and the experience was very pleasant. I have a challenging credit situation due to my recent change of career and being sepereated. Mary was my salesperson and I expressed my hopes in what type of vehicle I was looking for and she was able accomendate them.

After researching a lot of new cars on the internet, we finally decided to purchase a 2015 Rav4 from Mark Jacobson. It was the first place we went and we are glad we did. The Sales Manager, Justin Jones and our Salesman Tom Coffey were very informative and had a lot of knowledge about the Rav4 as well as all of the Toyota vehicles.
