Brought our Atlas for service refarding faulty volume button on steering wheel and noise when opening and closing front passenger door. Both issues were... resolved easily. All members of the staff and professional and courteous. Extrememly satisfied with vehicle.
I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH AUTOBARN SINCE 2001,AT THE MT.PROSPECT LOCATION WITH JOHN PAUL.I HAD NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.SINCE I WORK A FEW MINUTES... AWAY THEY ARE ABLE TO TAKE ME TO AND FROM WORK.THE REST OF THE CREW THERE DOES AND OUTSTANDING JOB AS WELL.
Awesome salesperson Ozzy. Made buying a car great very personable made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole day. Worked hard to sell this... car.
Diago (sp?) first met me as I drove in. He was very professional, polite and helpful. He explained the amount of time to wait and said he would come... and let me know when the car was ready which he did. Again, with a courteous, friendly helpful manner.
Dealership addressed concerns in a timely fashion, will recommend dealership for future purchases. Countryside location is my preferred dealership out... of the franchise. Robert Fischer JR was who I dealt with.
First off I have to say is that this is one of the worst dealerships I have worked with (5th car purchased). The sales process itself was fine, negotiation... process was fine and the paperwork process was fine (Other then the guy building my contract did not know how to take "no" for an answer). The major, major problems came shortly after the purchase was made and left. It took this dealership over 3 times to pay off my trade, how is that even possible? 1st time they sent it to the wrong address, 2nd time they put the wrong amount owed on the check and the 3rd time was when I finally had the car paid off. OVER A MONTH has gone by during their very unorganized pay off process and I had to put money out of my own pocket to make an overpayment so my traded in jeep would not hit my credit report as a late payment. So here I am paying on two cars for a month, great. 2nd major issue is with my tires, I made this purchase on a contingency that they put all season tires on my new car, which they offered to do so without hesitation. We go outside and take a look at a set on another car and we switch, I must have asked 4 separate times if they were all season and I was assured that they were, WELL THEY WERE NOT. Come to find out they are summer. NOT ALL SEASON. I call and explain all of this to them and their resolution is to put winter tires on it. HELLO! That is not what I agreed to. On top of all that I was also told this car had breaking assist by the sales guy and forward collision warning. ALSO NOPE. I am a consumer. I put my trust into what you tell me as you guys are the "experts". Well this car purchase makes me never to buy a car again. You would think bringing these major issues up to the managers attention would have created a better outcome. Nope, another disappointed consumer. I will make sure all social media outlets know not to visit your Buisness.
The customer purchased this vehicle in April and this is the first time we have heard from him. At the time of purchase he stated he did not like the ...tires that were on the vehicle. We graciously allowed him to pick the tires he liked the best off of any of the other S4’s we had in stock, and we switched them out at no additional cost. Now, after nearly 6 months, over 13,000 miles, and one accident later, he is attacking us on all the review sites demanding a new set of winter tires. Coincidentally, just as the weather is starting to turn colder. It’s not too hard for us, or anyone else, to figure out what he is attempting to do. We have tried to reach him several times to discuss any possible resolution and are awaiting a response.
Not a big fan of car shopinng, this was the second car I've ever bought. They had some add ins that I didn't want and they didn't give too much of a hassle... not to have them. This softer sell is a lot more attractive to me and will bring me back. I was just going to go to CarMax and pay the extra cost they charge go avoid dealing with car dealers. Angel was great, friendly, no heavy pressure and I felt very comfortable. He explained things well and is a good person to go to if you want friendly sales and not over the top pushy sales.
They do what you ask of them, no pressure and they will give your vehicle a thorough check and if there is any other work needed, they will inform you.... I am satisfied with Autobarn and have trusted them through the years.
Every person at the Mt. Prospect Auto Barn is very courteous, helpful, nice. I feel like a valued customer. Waiting area is comfortable, the snacks and... beverages are a nice touch!
I had just purchased a CPO (certified Pre-Owned vehicle) from the Autobarn and there was a crack in the windshield. They delivered on their promise to... replace it as I suspected they would! I am very happy with my purchase and will come back to purchase my next VW!
