Shockingly great customer service focus. Everyone at Stohlman Sterling has been amazing. My salesperson, Ali Sami, was knowledgeable, reasonable, fun, fair and very easy to deal with. The concierge/customer service aftercare guy, Chris/Brian, has been outgoing and excited to show me new and obscure features of my new car. If you buy a car at Stohlman Subaru, make sure you interact with this guy. I've visited the parts and accessories counter a few times and the level of service Noel provides is shockingly high level for a parts counter. Thank you! Mike C, sales manager,.... Yup, even the sales manager has been awesome. I have been treated so well by the dealership in whole that I will be returning next week to purchase another vehicle outside of my anticipated brand.

Too bad I can't give this a 6 star rating! Several months ago I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Stohlman Subaru of Sterling. I had been leasing cars for 10 years and this was a big step forward to buy one. EVERY single person I dealt with from my sales expert (Vic), to their financing guru (Josh), and their very helpful post-purchase car tour/tutorial (Chris) took their time to answer any and all questions I had, to inform me about every step that was being taken, and they were very patient without forcing the sale on me. This was a HUGE help to make me feel like I was making the right decision since I was not intending on buying that day, but I couldn't pass up this car and it wouldn't have stayed on the lot very long either. Additionally, a big shout out to Emma and Rachel in the Service department! I had to get a tow hitch installed and a warranty issue dealt with and they were so helpful with the entire process from scheduling to setting me up with a loaner and keeping me updated on the status of the car. I'm so excited to be back in the Subaru family after over a decade and everyone at Stohlman Subaru in Sterling has really made me feel welcome and at home. Thank you! Jeff
