    To start, 2nd car purchased from Herb Chambers! Also great prices and staff! Wouldnt go elsewhere! Michael Pacheco and Neilo Ferreira worked as a great team in finding me a suitable car at an affordable price! Very professional, friendly and patient! All questions answered and very pleased! If looking for guidense, professional opinions and want to be led in the right direction Michael Pacheco is the guy to see! Couldn't be happier with my decision!! Like i said HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!

    First I would like to thank Julia for always keeping in touch with me on cars that she thought I would be interested in . Our salesman Noel , couldn't have been anymore friendly, patient , and helpful. We test drove a couple of SRX's but just not the right color outside or color inside , didn't have the nice rims we wanted . Next day my phone rings from Noel saying he just got a car in that he thinks I will love , we came down and it was beautiful , just perfect in what we were looking for . He sat with me for hours showing me how to use all the options in this car . He' s amazing !!!!! I would also like to thank Jackie for being so friendly and honest and helpful in showing us things she felt would be very helpful to us. Only had the car 4 days so can say much about service department, although I am waiting for them to call so I can have a few marks touched up , hope the service department doesn't ruin this so far good experience . Time will tell. But I would definitely purchase from Herb Chambers again, and look up Noel , you won't be sorry. Thank you, Noel for finding me my dream car 😊??

    This repair center is the worst I've ever dealt with. I brought my car to them in January 2017 after only owning it about 7 months. There was clearly a coolant leak, also I told them my transmission wasn't shifting right and to make sure it is all set. The warranty company covered most of the cost of repairing the coolant, water pump, thermostat, etc. I paid some cost. They were instructed by warranty company to diagnose the transmission after those repairs were complete. They didn't do anything, Instead they Tell me it was 4 quarts low, no explanation as to why, "topped it off" Took it for a "test drive" then told me it was in good working condition to drive. Here we are a few months later my transmission failed, I brought it back in, been sitting there 3 weeks, I have no car to drive. now they tell me I have micky mouse transmission lines (which they felt irrelevant to mention to me before or maybe consider it a legitimate reason why fluid was low) the warranty company won't cover it because they said customer drove it on low transmission fluid! Like it's my fault. I called a manager during this time period because the person working on the car and dealing with warranty company weren't helping at all. ( the tech didn't mention back in January that he DID notice the micky mouse lines) the manager said he would get back to me NEVER did. So we went there on Saturday spent 2 hours , the general manager came in said he would give me some options and call me on Monday, well here we are Tuesday and I've not received a call or "solution" not recommended they don't communicate within the company and certainly not to the customer. If I didn't call on Saturday to find out the status I wouldve had an answer because he was leaving it up to warranty company to call me which isn't even their job!

    The service department is exceptional! They all are very hardworking. This is my 2nd SUV bought at Herb Chambers. I have been dealing with the service department for over 10 years. AJ and his fellow employees in the service department are the main reason I purchased another Cadillac.

    My sales person was Tommy Sabetta. I went in and told them what I was specifically looking for and Tommy found it for me. I could not have been any more pleased with my results and the sales person was awesome and did a great job.
